Ordered a part, you related up to15 work days before delivery. A month later no part and no communication. When I ordered with another company and cancelled your order. Then you stated part shipped. Still the other order came before yours. The part should reach you soon Please return my money.
Ordered two parts for a grass trimmer (both necessary to do repair) - never informed during order process that parts were not in stock. One part has now been shipped but other part in never never land!
This is one of the easiest sites I have used to locate replacement products. In researching other sites using the product number I had out of the manual all I could find was a description with no picture. I am one that when I am ordering parts, I want to see a picture to verify it matches what I am needing to replace. I clicked on eRplacementParts, entered my part number and there was the description and the picture. And they were the cheapest on the shipping by over $100. Installation was no problem, took less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this as the place to go for parts.
I was unable to find any face shield replacements for my Wives face mask due to Corvid 19 concerns. After finding eReplacements i was able to order a sufficient amount.

I will update this review if the Situation should justify the reasoning. My Daughter is doing a Hobby Project with Friends next week and asked if I could get a Dewalt Dust Bag for her. I put the order in, paid for 2 day shipping (though its only 1 state away) and it says to be shipped within 1 Business day. The part is definitely in Stock and I was charged for the Extra Shipping Costs... but its still in pending status of being shipped out.
Had I known this would be the case, I would not have ordered here.
They sent me a part that was supposed to be for a Honda HR195 lawnmower. It had the wrong end on it so I started a return on it. There is no option on their website to have them pick up the return shipping when the error is theirs. I am still looking for a remedy from them. I'll post back here when/if that happens.
This has got to be one of the worst online companies that I have dealt with ever. I placed an order and awaited for it to be shipped to me. When the order arrived it was my name on the box label but someone else's order was in the box with their invoice and part. I tried calling only to be told by a message that I should use email so I did. I emailed and got a canned response that due to COVID-19 that it would be a while before someone get's back to me and that I should use the return link on the website to resolve my issue. This would be great if it was cookie cutter return but mine is not and I think I should have some kind of response after 2 weeks. My order number is******* if anyone at the company chooses to help me. *****Stay away if you are going to need customer service******
My order was placed on May 15,2020. Today is June 5,2020 and I've have not received my order. Your company does not answer calls to help customers with any issue. It shouldn't be my responsibility to track down my item which I paid you for! You chose the carrier you shipped with. You should find my item.
I looked at a few sites online for replacement parts. EReplacementparts.com was great. Parts were easy to find (similar to other sites visited) BUT, they had the parts in stock and they were reasonably priced. I found a coupon for free standard shipping. The order was placed on a Saturday, fulfilled on Monday and onits way. I received the parts on Friday in the mail. Great job and you know what is better, they did not solicit a review, I did this write-up primarily for that reason. I hate sites that solicit a review (participation award) for doing what they are supposed to do, fulfill and ship an order. I recommend you give ereplacementparts.com a try.
Ordered a part shown as in stock for immediate shipment. In a few days the oder status changed to pending. Called customer service, they said part is in stock and someone is assigned (?) to ship it. A week later nothing happened. Customer service was clueless as to what happened and promised to investigate and inform me. Three days later nothing happened. Very unprofessional and failed at every step of customer interaction.
Ordered a replacement power cable for a submersible pump, the package arrived quicker than expected and power cable was an exact match for the pump.

Even with the complication of covid-19 the correct part came withing 5 days. It was an exact duplicate of the part that had failed and it worked perfectly.
It was the right part at the right price. Could not find it at any local stores. Got it in three days even with everything going on.
After ordering the replacement handle for my DeWalt polisher it was not as described in the article as it said it was the genuine replacement handle but it is the wrong size thread. It came as a 5/16 fine thread and I need a a 1/2 inch 13 thread.
Now I have to pack it up and send it back and hope that you have the right one.
It does not give anything in the description describing what thread is on the handles.
I have used your parts before and they were top notch. I opened the package and found that the spindles were loosely fitted into the casings. By that I mean, they would simply fall out. I've been a mechanic for over 40 years and I know I will be replacing these again, in days or weeks, not years.
If you would reach out to me and offer me a solution (new spindles) then I will revise my rating. As of right now, I am not pleased.
I needed two rear drive wheels for a 16 year old Craftsman walk behind mower. EReplacements had only one in stock however through their resources found the second wheel and delivered both in a timely manner. Communications was excellent as was their service. Some companies may have just told me there was only one available - period. EReplacements went the extra mile to obtain the second wheel and by the way, both wheels fit perfectly. Great job and definitely will use eReplacements when necessary in the future.
Parts were exact. It was a longer lead time than I was expecting. Could have been the current situation with the Chinese Flu or had to be imported.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
