Excellent company to provide original parts. I have order some parts from this company, due to the mission critical reason (for an expensive generator, engine was made by Subaru). I loved to get original parts from Subaru, not the cheap, unreliable OEM parts from China. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it take times to get it? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes. I am getting the ORIGINAL parts so my investment is not ruined and the generator is guaranty to work when I needed to provide for my family. I lived in the Louisiana, where I lived we could get a whole week without power in the last 10 years.
Expediated fee for shipping and it's been over 18 days and counting - Not happy I paid $11 for Expedited shipping and still waiting and the only updates I have is it's in transit.
It was great I could find the replacement for my rusted out part. The pricing was very reasonable. However the shipping and handling cost was unreasonable. I put the new part in my grill and it worked like new. If I find the need to buy another part I will be back. I did find on another web site the part was no longer available. Thanka!
Sent the wrong part! Would cost me more to return it than it was worth. Won't do any further business with you.

I ordered the part per my toaster oven. The size was wrong. I had to pay to ship it back, but I did get a refund.
My order for a part to my personal weed eater took two month to arrive due to Covid. Which is somewhat understandable (not really). The worst part about it was that you can not call them to ask a question. (Can not even leave a voice message) You can only reach them by email. Which in return you get a automated email in response. Which in return they do not answer your email that you have sent them. I sent multiply emails, even canceled my order. Still no response. About two weeks later my part arrived. Still no email or any type of communication from the company. If you need part in a timely manner I would suggest looking else where!
Takes Way to long to get parts.
The last two orders that I placed take to long for a stock part to be delivered.
If this poor service doesn't improve it will put people out of business.
On the 14th of May I ordered a blade for my Craftsman hedge trimmer. They said part was in stock so I ordered it and for whatever the reason when I put it in my cart the quality said I wanted two. This was something I probably did in error.
I called the 800 number and right away the issue was corrected but the blade was put on back order regardless and after three and a half weeks it was shipped. Now the postal service gets involved. Two weeks from Utah to Penna. Using expedited shipping. Meanwhile... the hedges are getting bigger and bigger. Good thing the chainsaw still works.
The replacement blade is perfect, works fine. Even though it took sometime to get I would buy from EReplacementparts again.
The replacements were sent quickly, efficiently and as expected! I ordered 2 to be safe. However: within 2 weeks, the first one was Shot, and I could not find the spare. I then ordered Several more, because at this rate, I'll need MANY to get through ONE summer!

Ordered a Hamilton Beach ceramic pot replacement for our slow cooker. Could have ordered from Amazon but trusted eReplacementParts to deliver on the right part, and the price and quick delivery were a bonus. The part fit perfectly, and felt good about not having to throw the whole cooker out and reuse the functioning body.

Still waiting. Been 56 days now... for the parts that were in stock, waited to ship the in stock parts till the 1-2 day parts came in. Day 46 or 47 got the parts that were back ordered but they sold the in stock to someone else. They have had my money sense may 3
Ordered trimmer parts for what was an unusable string trimmer. The parts I ordered were factory original and fit perfectly. Now an unusable trimmer works great and saved lots of money not having to buy a brand new one.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
