Had relays replaced on Whirlpool oven control, Oven heats but relays still produce loud clicking noises, not sure if replacements are safe to use, will contact eReplacement on Monday to see what can be done.
I spoke to two representatives the first time. Tamara and Tammy. Both assisted me in purchasing the correct charger for my Black & Decker Dustbusters. A 15V and 14V (not sure but two). Unfortunately you only carried the 15V. Tried the two you have and neither one worked. Your two reps were so sympathetic - unfortunate I had to return both of them. Received the first refund even before I returned the charger. I am still waiting for the refund to hit my account for the second charger that I returned. All in all they were great
I installed the garage ready "heater" in my garage refrigerator recently. The order process was super simple, and the shipping arrived quicker than I anticipated because of COVID-19. I needed two tools, a nut driver and a cross tip(Phillips) screwdriver. It will take you literally 15 minutes from start to finish! More like 6-8, if you have nothing in the way! Easy, easy, easy!
I needed a new Burner assembly for a 15 year old Porta Chef portable grill. I tried replacing it with a universal part from Home Depot which didn't fit at all. I found my exact replacement part on this site. It arrived quickly and was exactly the same as the old burner that I took off my grill. I was not very confident that the part I needed was still available. My grill is as good as new... thank you!

I ordered a replacement head for my string trimmer on May 23. AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH I still do not have it! I have emailed customer service twice and they do not bother to get back to me. This transaction has been terrible and ereplacement parts does not appear to be interested in helping resolve the situation. Sorry I ordered from them. VERY DISAPPOINTING. A zero star rating is about right. They have my money and I do not have my part.
The parts that I ordered were the right parts that I needed! The time that it took for me to get them were a bit longer than usual but I believe that it has to do with the concerns of the pandemic. Order replacement pressure washer handle and only receive two the three components which make up the spray gun. Still have not received any reply to my email. I have used them before for several items and always received good service hope they get back to where they were before all this craziness.
Too bad. I had good experience in the past. Latest e-mail shows less parts available than previous e-mail. They ignored my request to ship what they had. No way to talk to a person. Cancelled order after waiting over a month.

I ordered a part for my weed eater. The part I was told was on back order due to the covid-19. During the order process I was up dated by e-mail the status of my order. I wanted the part earlier but these are not the best of times.
2 of the 3 parts ordered were correct however the hub cap that was ordered was replaced with motor brushes. It is IMPOSSIBLE to make a complaint being that my order number does NOT exist by your account!
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
