After being able to make repairs to tool, the parts were of no longer any use and had not been opened. But with the return policy of charging postage to mail back as well as having to pay mailing fee to receive product I would have more in mailing fees than what the parts cost.

I was sent two orders, only ordered one. Tryed to get a hold site three time, with no answer. Would not recamened this site. Very poor service!

DeWalt should have known the cord locking ring on their DW 421 was likely to fail IF the router got dropped and landed on the power cord. Well, mine got knocked over and sure enough!
EReplacement did their part in getting my order ready to ship but unfortunately, the Postal Service took 4 days to move a tiny padded mailer from Salt Lake to Phoenix. Anyway, not eReplacements fault.

I found my parts quickly and priced fairly. Had them in just a few days. The big AZ would have taken at least a few days more. I will return for any future needs.

Do Not use eparts for any repairs you will be sorry, they dont sendthe correct parts and if they charge you for postage on delivery you will not get your postage back if you have to send the parts back? There is no person to contact for returns? Horrible service!

Easy to find parts on web-site. Easy to order. Arrived ahead of time as hoped. Included all the parts I needed. All parts were the correct parts! What else can I say, I would recommend this vendor to customers who want parts as needed and on time. Cost was great.

Sometimes the longer you have well built items, the more difficult it is to find the correct replacement parts. I have a Napoleon natural gas grille that needs a part once and a long while. This works just like the one it came with. I had gotten one from amazon that was suppose to work for my coffee maker but ended up with Hot coffee everywhere! Order from here no where else! It really made a huge difference. Due to covid shipping did take forever but they did tell me that from the beginning and of course it was to be expected. Still 5* across the board.

Placed a order on May 25th 2020 said they shipped it was suppost to arrive on.the first of June never received it the there phones don't work so you have to email them they never responded emailed them three time no response

Tiny part, shipped in a. 45 cent bubble package with a weight of 10 grams. $8.00. Keep looking for a better deal.

Parts came fast and easy to get. Phone in order people very helpfull would order again if need any more parts.

The part was fine except for the poor job done in tapping the 4 bolt holes in the two mandrels. Bolts would not thread into the mounting holes without damaging the Mandrel threads so I had to re-tap the holes. Took another hour to get this done. Poor QC.

The part I ordered was crammed into a box that was too small and was broken when it arrived. Due to Covid, I cant get ahold of customer service by phone. I tried returning the part using the website but it states my order number doesn't exist. Have emailed twice 2 weeks ago and have not received a response. I placed the order 1 month ago and not only am I out 50 bucks but am stuck with a broken part I cant do anything with.

First, the website made it easy to find my part. Second, I was surprised that they had the part. Third, the price was extremely reasonable.
Fourth, checkout was accommodating.
Fifth, the shipping was rapid.
Lastly, the quality was superb.
I could never ask for anything more.

I have a older model Bosch random orbit. The only place had the part was e-replacement parts. Fast service and the correct replacement part. Mahalo.
