Sent parts designated for another customer. Notified eReplacement via e-mail twice no response, they take no calls, and since I had someone else order could not do a return as their web site noted I had no record of my order.
Waited 3 months to receive the wrong part. Yay us.
Tried contacting company, but this turned to be as futile an effort as receiving a desired product in a reasonable period of time.
Wasted time & money.
The wrong parts were sent and we called and sent an email. Of course the virus is keeping everyone from doing their job. We tried to send oackage back next day for our refund as we said we would in our email, but as it would cost us more to send back than the parts cost themselves, we just chucked it up as a lesson learned. There is no one you can talk to and of course they blame the virus for that too.

The description claimed they had an upgraded regulator for a bad Charbroil. I was sent the exact same regulator I already had so got a return authorization. Over 10 days later I'm still waiting on the refund.

I order a part kit on may 2 and didn't hear from company, so i try to connect company by phone and email with no luck to contact. I wrote a email to company on june 4 to cancel order and again could not connect by phone or email. Part kit was deliver around mid june don't need, I found same part kit and was deliver in less than 10 days
I email company again around june 21 and still no contact by phone or email, a email was sent back with same link i just answer about refund. I know virus around, but still a company can have someone answer phone or emails. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Part was lawnmower bracket kit
My order was being held up due to 2 parts not available. On mtd advice, i split order into 2 orders, paid another delivery charge, and received those "not availabe" parts and am still waiting for original in stock items

We have a weed eater that is about 30 years old. The trigger broke, but that was the only thing wrong with it. After searching in many hardware stores and tractor stores with no luck finding the exact trigger, this company actually had the one we needed so we bought two. Much cheaper than buying a new weed eater. Thank you.
Ereplacementparts.com uses Fedex SurePost to ship their orders which is the all time worst shipper and YOU the customer get to pay for it. If you expect a shipment to be delivered on time, pick another company.
I guess I ordered the wrong item. I thought I was ordering an inverters. I have a portable ice chest that is a 12 volt and I wanted to be able to plug it into a 110 outlet, instead I ordered a replacement 12 volt cord which was my fault totally but it cost way too much to return so I might as well keep it.
I have a Moen Faucet that needed repair in the master bath. The faucets were installed in 2006 and Instead of changing out both sets of faucets on the double vanity to match them together I decided to look online and found the exact part and tool from eReplacement Parts! I was unable to find model numbers for my lawnmower on this or any other site (including manufacturers), so I went by picture match. Surprisingly, I got the correct spring! This is the correct choke-return spring for MTD lawnmower Model 11A-B96N729 with Briggs and Stratton Quantum 675EX engine. When the spring goes bad, the choke has to be closed manually to start the engine.

I finally hung up because they were clearly not going to resolve my issue. I believe this company is a straight up scam, and would not recommend them to anyone! Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
