They sent the wrong part and won't answer messages. I paid 20.00 and was sent a tiny flange but I can buy here for. 36 cents. I needed a flange nut that was threaded 5/8 by 18 thread. Pitiful service. They must be owned by troy bilt. I thought they were the worst till now. Bet you all won't print this review
Thanks eReplacementParts. I thought for sure my shimano reel was a gonner. You guys stocked the parts and got them to me fast. Perfect fit and I am back at the lake. Everyone out there look these guys up for part that you cant find anywhere.
I feel certain the part that I received will work but it is not what I ordered. I received the own and off switch for the chainsaw I needed the safety switch were my hand holds onto the handle and can use the throttle. On phone sounded very knowledgeable not sure what happened sure is honest mistake
Credit card charged immediately. Got an email 2 months later stating delays and respond to email if desired. I did and never heard back. Finally got part after over 2 month wait. Hope it works. Will never order from eReplacementParts again!
I have sent emails and tried to call but nobody is there to answer the phone. I received my part and it was broken. This is poor customer service. You should be able to talk to someone when there's a problem with your products. I won't be ordering anything else from your company. I know that this virus has companies doing things differently but customer service sho UK ld be at the forefront and at this company it's not.

There were no problems ordering, it took two weeks to get the part. Wish it would have arrived a little sooner. It was the right part. We found out it was the gear that sits on top of the starter and then the battery went dead. My husband learned alot about how to change it out thru YouTube.

Used their website to troubleshoot a compressor and power washer. I was able to isolate the most likely malfunction and replacement parts needed. Both units are performing like new.

A part I received is obviously defective from the factory and when I checked out the return process I see that a return shipping fee will be deducted from my refund. So when I reorder, I will be charged shipping again. In the end I will pay shipping three times on one part. Seems unfair.
I ordered these parts from another vendor only to be notified that they were not in stock as quoted when I placed the order. They would not be available until mid-August. I then called eReplacements, found them to be in stock, ordered same, and received them 4 days later. I won't bother the previous vendor again. Good service, price and quality. Thank you!
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
