I ordered a drive bentvfor my DeWalt planer. It arrived in a timely fashion and was the exact replacement part.
It was a direct fit application took about 30 minutes to install. And this company had it in stock good company to go through for several parts.
I have a very old (but still in very good condition) Hoover vacuum. With local shops closed and/or out of business due to Covid; eReplacementparts.com was an excellent option and great choice on my part. Before this pandemic your service has been excellent. But since then, it has been two weeks since I received your email stating my package has been shipped. But according to the tracking number with ontrac, they are awaiting the package. All I want to know is what is going on?
Although it did take a bit longer to get here, the two front wheel drive wheels for my Craftsman mower arrived last week. I was able to install them in about five minutes even though I have never before replaced lawnmower wheels. Thank you for the "better safe than sorry service".

Good tech data availability needed to find a part for an older model edger. Ordering was easy and I received the part in a reasonable amount of time.
We looked up the model number through the website and ordered the piece they told us too. It did not fit our machine. It was not even opened and when I went to return it they wanted me to pay $6 shipping to return it back. Even though it was their error. Order from somewhere else and save yourself time and money.
I have a small Craftsman air compressor that I needed an oil fill plug for. I had broken the original plastic plug and was unable to find the part due to Sears going out of business. Not being able to verify the thread, I could not even find a simple metal plug as a substitute. Then I happened on this website, ordered the part and had it in a week or so. The shipping cost more than the part but I was saved the hassle of trying to find a substitute at probably close to the total cost paid anyway.
Due to covid19 everthing has slowed down but with companies like this we keep moving foword. Great job!
I ordered the blade guide assembly for my jig saw. When the part arrived 3weeks later, it was smaller than the original, and shaped differently. It would not work with my saw. I had to get the correct part somewhere else. There was no installation help of any kind on this site or anywhere else. I'm not only displeased with this order, I'm dissatisfied with Ryobi. The lack of customer care all around is unacceptable.
My ordered was received in a timely manner but when I installed the new part, it did not work correctly. I contacted customer service and they wanted me to return it as it was possibly defective. I informed them that was not the case, but that is was the wrong part. I even sent them a picture of the wrapping showing that it was incorrect. Instead of verifying my statement they sent me another part with the same part number. It was still the wrong part. I asked for a RMA for the second and they said wait but in the interim they refunded my original purchase price. The problem with this part is that the Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) is incorrect. Showing reversed part numbers for the two different sized elements on the GE cook top. I gave up convincing them of this error and am working with a different company. I tried to add photo but it did not accept a PDF image.
I am very satisfied with the parts received even if they were from China. I have purchased several items over and over again, service is prompt.

Absolutely disgusted with the service, after many requests still not received my Weber parts 5 weeks later. Wish I could provide a photograph of my parts ordered.

I am making sure to leave a terrible review for this business. I ordered 2 replacement heads for my weed eaters. I was sent the wrong parts. After I sent the parts back for a return, it has been several weeks and I still haven't heard anything from them or seen my refund. I wasn't even sent any update letting me know that they have confirmed my return. When I checked my status on the website it says "unable to return" so I sent another message asking for clarification... no response still. I will never use this company again and recommend that anyone thinking of using this website... not to.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
