My old Dyson vacuum needed a small part to get going again. Of course Dyson was no help. It was totally by accident that I found this web site. I have been telling all the DIYers in my family. The only negative is that they use USPS for delivery which has become very slow.

I submitted emails saying that the part was not delivered and have yet to receive any response. Great customer service. I WON'T be ordering from this company again.

In replacing this board there are two screws up top that hold the machine face on and then you need to push up the bottom of the face which is snapped in then you have easy access to the screws on the board

I was not too happy when I order the part to find out that even though it said it was in stock and would be shipped the next day, after I paid for the item and all was said and done you than tell me it will be delayed. I ordered the part under the idea that it would come in a few days and than it took over two weeks. Need to change the wording on your page.
