I like that I can keep bidding online during the live auction. On another auction site late week I lost the bid as I couldn't increase my bid when the item came up. That also lost money for the seller.

It's better. But I think 99% of my frustration was my own lack of experience with your set up. I wish it was easier to find the item's I am interested in bidding on so I don't miss them. Would be handy to know when I put an item on my watchlist, which ring it will be selling on.

This was my first experience with EF but once I got on the website I was able to connect to the auction and understand how to follow the bidding. The alert when my item was 10 away from the bidding was vey helpful.
