This was my first time using the online auction. I was a little nervous at first but the whole process was very easy. The only thing is the website lags just a bit when the bidding gets fierce and the auctioneer is moving at 100mph. But no real complaints and I'll definitely be apart of their auction again!

It was my first time bidding with equipmentfacts. My winning bid was a John Deere 1025R. Alot of money for me but maybe not for someone else. I live 5hrs away from the auction site so previewing wasn't an option for me. The problem was the item description was vague and non informative. My knowledge of tractors are minimal. The year model wasn't even listed in the description. Not sure if the hrs were. After I won I wasn't sure what I just did lol. I freaked out that I did know what I just spent 5 figures on. I just think the description could have been more informative. I had to listen close to the auctioneer to hear if I could learn something about it. Overall it was a good and learning experience.
Every thing worked fine and was intuitive.
Only issue was the long wait for the item I was bidding on. Some type of approximate time table by lot number would help but I understand that may not be feasible.
