Make sure the sizing is correct, and if you need to exchange anything make sure the original payment method is still active. Ordered the "replacement" order with my debit card but the original was bought with a gift card that was at a zero balance and thrown away by a clerk in a store when it was finished off. Now I'm stuck with $60 of extra merchandise that wont fit anyone on our team for a good 5-6 years since I cant get a refund to a good bank card that i ordered the replacement purchase with. They can refund a gift card but couldn't give me the card information for the card they were going to refund to so they expect their product back in exchange for money i will never receive back. Stuck with stuff we cant use, I get thats an ordering issue on our side but the items were much looser than expected and didnt fit any of the kids in the age range they were supposed to fit. Anyone need some wristbands for cheap? I have no use for them and am not going to send them back and not get a refund for them.

This company while in the past has been decent, I recently ordered batting helmet from them. I was initially told my items would not ship until 2/20. However, I received a shipment notice early. However, one of my items was returned to Epic Sports by the shipper before it ever left their terminal. I contacted the company via their chat and "Erica" answered. She was rude with her responses and actually ended the conversation before I was done. I asked for an update on when my items would be shipped back to me. She refused to give me any information on my items. This is the worst customer service I have received. I will not shop this company again and encourage other to use other companies as well.
2 shirts in my first order were out of their individual packaging, 1 having a greasy black shoe print right in the middle. Needed more shirts to match a few weeks later and zero issues, nice shirts, my team loves them.

They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
