When I used to order medals, they came sorted and ribbons clipped to the medals ready to start using. Now that customer service is over because all 1st, 2nd and 3rd place ribbons were just thrown in the box all mixed up, not when sorted by place and the medals were the same. They weren't sorted and definitely not clipped to the ribbons.

Needed to exchange for size only to be alerted during return process that all of a sudden a never worn- not washed - out of bag for quick try on- expensive shirt - not on sale etc etc was NOT RETURNABLE! SCAM! Unable to ever speak to anyone. This company has a very bad business model and nonexistent customer service! Beware!
