I bought a skirt for my daughter from this site. It has measurements on their site to go off of. When I received the skirt it was way too large and unwearable to my daughter. When I reached out to customer service, they stated that I ordered an extra small and that is what I received and they would not fix the issue. After I stated that I went off of Theo measurements and it is not fitting, they asked for pictures to prove it. So I obliged and took pictures, which proved that their measurements were off. They still said they were correct and they he pictures showed the skirt was off in sizing. There is also no one to contact besides an email or bot chat. This company has horrible customer service and their sizing is off. I would not recommend using.

Ordered Teal and received Electric Blue. Colors are not actual but just whatever thier artist pick. Dont order based on colors or pictures shown. Will never used Epic sports again

Bought my son 2 sets of football pants; too small and that's on me. Purchased a larger size, and when they came in, there weren't any hip pads. Nor was there a way to insert any. Overall, kind of a waste. Would appreciate better item descriptions.
