I returned 2 baseball hats. I understood and paid for shipping on items of 5.99 economy. When I reirned the items...I paid the post office $8 to ship it back. Your company then charged me another $5.99 shipping fee before reimbursing me. Why was I not reimbursed for shipping when I paid to get it shipped back tp begin with. If you are going to charge a shipping fee reimbursement...have the shipping be free returns, then charge a shipping fee upon reimbursement. As it is...I paid $30 for the hats and shipping...then paid $8 to return it plus $5.99 and another$2.50 restocking fee. Total of $16 to return a $30 order. That's awful.

We received the helmet and it is too big. There was no order paperwork or number on the package to contact anyone for a return. The confirmation email for this was somehow deleted from the email. The package says it is from direct sports so i have no idea who to contact about returning this helmet that is too big.

Jerseys were perfect! The material of the jerseys were really nice, a little stretchy which we all wanted. True to size! We loved the writing that we added to our team Jersey, came out perfect. We have already recommended EPIC SPORTS to everyone asking where we ordered from. We paid the extra money for rush delivery and we recieved them a day before the scheduled delivery. Thank you EPIC SPORTS! We will be ordering again!

I did email you that I needed different sizes but did not hear back from you. I am very pleased with your service but most of the items did not fit. Also you sent me two of the same color shirts. I ordered purple and then navy and got two navys. The white shirt I ordered is completely see thru I would like another color if possible. I dont want my money back would just like to make this order work for me. If I can exchange a few things I would be happy to continue shopping with you.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
