Worst company ever. Ordered on line, they say order is hold for verification. Email and send me prerecorded messages. Call back and put on hold for 45 mins each time until I give up. Recording keeps coming on saying wait time is 1 min every 5 mins. Leave messages and they call back with a prerecorded message
The shipping packaging was inappropriate for the order.

A good product at a good price
I bought the items for my nephew. They are a very good quality, very nice pants with a good price. I really like the colors and also how they have zippers and snaps on the legs at the bottom. I received them fairly quickly. I would highly recommend them.

One shirt was the wrong color. Haven't been able to reach them by phone to get that corrected. If that's gets fixed experience would be excellent
It took a ridiculous amount of time before my order was even shipped out and it was close to 2 weeks before I actually received the socks. I know that you all include expected delivery time as 10+ days, but the long delay in actually getting them packaged to ship out seemed beyond excessive.
