Worst customer service EVER! Case, the customer service manager was a smug, sarcastic, rude person. He should not be a manager and is ruining this companies reputation. We are trying to support breast cancer awareness month and ordered pink socks. The socks advertise a totally deceiving sizing chart. The socks were delivered and are wayyy to small, no way they are women's 4-7, more like kids 4-7. I asked for a return label to send them back and get all large. I was pretty much accused of being a liar and they wanted Proof that the socks were too small. They wanted pictures of the socks on my daughter and next to a ruler showing they are too small! WTF? I have never dealt with customer service so difficult. Now our team will need to dish out more money and go through a reputable online business for the socks (which I should have done in the first place) DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and run after delivering sub quality items.

I called customer service and left my number to be called back and never received a call. One pair of the pants that I ordered does not fit like the other pair as they are too tight in the waist. They are the same brand and size but different colors. I had these customized and wanted to see how that would work to receive a bigger size being that the one size fits tight.

I called to add on a couple of pieces to my order, but was told that I could not do that due to it already being sent to the warehouse for picking. However, my order didn't ship for over a week after that, so it definitely could have been changed.
Instead, I had to place a separate order for just a couple of pieces, and had to pay a second shipping charge. Both orders shipped on the same day and arrived on the same day, so it all just seemed very unnecessary.

I have ordered from EPIC 2 times. The quality of the products and the prices are excellent. The only compliant I have is delivery time. If you need the products quickly it will not happen. You need to budget at least 3 weeks for your delivery and I would suggest four weeks. Once received you will like the products and the price but do not expect them to be delivered sooner than that.
The carrier who delivered the package left it on an open porch in the morning and it rained in the afternoon. By the time I got home the box was a soggy mess. Thank goodness my items were at least in plastic bags.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
