This will be my last time shopping with you. When I checked out, I paid the next higher price of shipping to make sure my items were shipped in time. They were late. Then all 3 of the pants were too small even though we measured our children and went by the size chart. Then...when I wanted to return the pants because of a mistake that was NOT our fault, you wanted to make me pay to have them shipped back PLUS restock fees. Your customer service is AWFUL. I called and was on hold for over an hour. Called another time and put in my number to have a call back, no one called me back, then when I finally got a hold of a person, regarding my package being late, I was basically told too bad that my order would not be here on time. I will be telling my other softball friends about my experience with your shop.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
