I ordered rawlings baseballs from Epic Sports in early September and was charged the same day and waited three weeks before they notified me that they were on back order. I then called multiple times without getting through to find out they are not on back order and they resubmitted my order in which I have to wait another 3 weeks. Spoke to multiple reps who gave me different answers. None of the reps knew what they were talking about. How can so many people be so clueless to what's going on in their business. I finally spoke with Case the "supervisor" who was condecsending and rude. Of course it's my fault that the baseballs are going to take 6 weeks to arrive to me. Yes, make it the customers fault that you can't do business correctly. Better yet blame it on the manufacturer. He blamed rawlings for being "notoriously slow" and that's the reason they went on back order and then somehow producted 11,500 dozen basebals in one day! Tell me how a notoriously slow company produces ******* baseballs in one day? If you tell the truth to customers it will be so much easier than lying. Oh and being a "discount company" isn't a good enough reason to treat people like crap.
