Put a hold on my order due to shipping and billing being different. I requested several calls back and emailed 3 times and received no response. Finally got it figured out but that delayed my shipment arrival time. It is possible for a person to send something to another person and pay with their personal card. This item was for my sister. Need better security system if that's the case
