But, I'm so happy about the cost, service and quality of the item, it just comes out, "EpicSports.com". Then I have to brag some more about the cost and everything else. Doomed, can't keep it to myself, now the whole team knows! HAHA

I returned the products because it's not what my daughters expected. No issue with the product, just not what we expected.
I contacted customer service to return and I was informed that there would be a 25% restocking fee. I questioned this and the CS Rep stated that there is a link on the page when we placed the order. I stated that is should easier to understand the return policy. The CS Rep stated that it was my responsibility to click the link and see what the return policy is. That did not make me happy.
Yesterday I returned the 2 jackets I purchased and will have to pay the restocking fee. If I would have known the policy initially, then I would not have purchased.
