My only issue with all the orders I have placed is the amount of time it takes to ship product. I told the gentleman that o placed this order with that it was replacement sizes from my first order and that I would need to send back all the ones that didn't work. He agreed that since time was of the essence I needed to order and pay for those. Now I'm told I need to placed another order at least 90% of the original cost. The play is over so I need nothing else. Help! We are a small private Christian school and need to recoup this money.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
