I was satisfied with the quick delivery. I was not happy that when I got the jerseys that they did not match in color. I want to exchange them for ones that will match. But it is a huge hassle to submit an exchange/return & then have to call customer service & wait on hold forever to figure out how to complete the exchange for the jerseys that we need/want. It makes no sense. Customer service is only available for new orders. As a person who has been in customer service management for her whole adult career, this was a no no for me. I do appreciate the quality of the items purchased. I just think the customer service part of it could absolutely be improved.
I have two softball players that needed some extra socks for practice. They wanted something more exciting than plain color socks. I stumbled across these and I was initially apprehensive at what the quality of the socks may be given how inexpensive they were. I was incredibly surprised! These socks are amazing quality and my girls are in love with their socks!

I did not see that shorts didn't have pockets no big deal but they do run small. The 3XL for some of them fit like an XL. My boys like their leisure wear to be a little big.3XL is slight big on them and they are 18 y/o.

I read the reviews and went a size up on the jerseys. The only problem I had is I did not receive the jerseys when I was supposed to I received them about 2 weeks late but other than that the products were fantastic

I ordered a exercise tape. They sent me a copy, even had black and white copy paper for title on DVD box. Box was dirty, sticky and food residue. The DVD did not work. After two days and several hours with the return department by chat only, no human contact. They told me they would contact their vendor. I spent more time getting no where for a $20.00 DVD. I am giving a least a 2 because two of the items arrived from another location perfect.
The constant contact with emails was a little overwhelming but other than that I was/am satisfied.
Ordered a pair of baseball pants and paid for expedited shipping to have them before my game. They did not arrive. UPS lost them. Not Epic's fault other than they chose the carrier. The Epic agent's response was that their policy is to wait a week, then when I receive my package, that is lost per UPS, they will reduce my shipping cost to regular shipping. So generous! I would rather use sporting goods companies rather than behemoth Amazon, but at least Amazon will step to the plate when problems happen.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
