I ordered an item for and had it shipped to my grandchildren who live in a different state. It took a long time to arrive and then did not fit (table tennis net) their table. Because I purchased it as a sale item, I was told it was not returnable. Disappointing.
I have ordered often from Epic. Some good / some bad experiences. This one was surprisingly good.
Ordered several styles of youth shirts for back to school. 1 style (3 shirts) was grossly inaccurate compared to the size chart. I jumped through all the hoops, uploaded all the photos as instructed, and weeks later I couldn't get a return satisfactorily addressed by customer service. Dont waste your time with real-time chat either. Chat will get back to you in hours or days though compared to days or weeks by emailing with customer service. I've shopped here several times in the past but I'm done. I'd rather pay $2 more for a shirt where I can be sure I'll receive whats expected and/or where customer service makes it right instead of giving me the runaround for weeks.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
