It's a shame that no stars isn't an option. Epic Sports' customer service is an absolute joke. The worst I've ever experienced. Ever. Rude, unhelpful, not willing to bend. I was sent an incorrect order and the whole time they made me feel like I had somehow screwed it up. Ended up having to place a separate order and pay $80 for expedited shipping for shirts I had a screen printing date set for. Epic was in no way accommodating on the issue. If you get your order and it's correct, they're ok, prices are right. But if your order is wrong, good luck. The worst.
My son was looking for a crew neck kangaroo pocket sweatshirt and found the badger ones on the site. Ordered 1. Son texted from college and said 'please order more! They are really really great! 10/10!' Super soft. Washes well.
I received my order sooner than expected. Fast shipping is always a plus for me. Great products and great prices
Bought some Champion bases. They were cheaper than every other site including the Big A and they shipped lightning quick.
The price for each wrist band was great but after shipping cost it came out to about the same as anywhere else. Should also tell the ages of each size, the band's are loose on my players. I'm Happy though
Prices and availability are great, site is easy enough to navigate. Shipping cost variants based on speed are pretty wide, but as this is my first order, I'm interested to see how quickly it's processed and arrives.

I bought the epic soccer bag for my boys and it's perfect! Big enough for their cleats, shin guards, soccer ball and a change of clothes... with room still left for other things! I love that you can embroider their names on it as well. Would definitely buy again!
High quality, great reviews, best available price for similar products I was able to find. I also really appreciated the many customization options offered. The products I received were as advertised and everyone is happy with how they turned out!
I have bought several things with Epic and I do like your selection and prices. However, there are few things I wish you had 1) The ability for more filtering options...I hate finding a ball my son likes only to figure out it isn't available in size 4. If I had the ability to filter things like this or sizes it would really help. 2) Offer Paypal. 3) Offer a service such as Shoprunner. Your prices are low, but your shipping sorta offsets that. There have been several times I didn't buy something because I felt the shipping offset the savings...so a lot of times I wait until I have multiple items to buy before I will purchase. During this time, I may find a same item at a different store for around the same price with free or cheaper shipping and end up buy there instead.
I loved the team shopping option. Made color and size selection MUCH easier than split pages. I had adult and child sizes, so all on one line simplified it! Thanks for this option!
Delivery delay could not be avoided because of flooding so was disappointed to pay more for expedited shipping and not receive any earlier. This was not Epic or UPS's fault...massive flooding caused delays.
Previous experience was great but this time 3 girls on my team had to be not in uniform and felt left out because there was no way to get my helmets in a timely manner. I'm not sure if I can trust to order from epic sports right now. When speaking to customer service no one offered a discount for the helmets either. The team had to eat approx 80 dollars for the extra cost. Which comes from the coaches pocket. I dont appreciate that at all.
I paid extra in shipping to have the order delivered before the end of the season for my soccer teams. Order ended up coming a week later than the delivery date when I hit the purchase button. I also ordered captain bands "youth" size and received packages saying youth with bands that fit me as an adult with large arms from years of bodybuilding. Way to big for my youth teams. Kids wear them on their legs.
They are out having a logo put on them as I Type. Very happy

Overall, happy with quality of product received. Took 3 weeks from order to delivery, which seemed excessive, however items did require personalization. Only negative is constant emails with shipping promise. Fine to receive one and then a notification when item ships. It became tedious to receive emails multiple times a week with same shipment promise date.
One of the best user friendly sites and very reliable and dependable. This is a business that we will continue to use for all of our sports needs.

I have to say, this was not the best customer service experience. When inquiring about a long ETA when all products were showing in stock, I was addressed by an "office manager" very rudely and argumentative. Then 3 days before I should have received my order I get a call that the product is different than what I ordered. Now mind you, the associate, Lisa, handled it promptly and professionally. She did receive info back that the correct ball was available and re submitted my order with now a later arrival date. She also kept me up to date with the progress of the order as she saw it. Part of this order was needed for my oldest son who is in a tournament the weekend just a couple of days after the first supposed to be ETA. Now the product (for safety), that should have been here in time won't be here and I have to go buy something local that is more expensive (now paying 3 times as much total). So yea, not real pleased at this point.
At order I said: 'Good choice of products, solid prices, but 2+ weeks for delivery for $10, c'mon man!'
Now: The order came two days and one umpiring assignment later than the ETA you sent me a million times. C'mon man! The products I got are great and were in perfect order, but the box looked like the opening scene of Ace Ventura. If you haven't seen that movie, be sure to do so tonight. I wish O could attach my pic of your box next to a pristine Amazon box.
First time ordering. Everything arrived on time. The clothes and how they fit were all perfect and as advertised. Terrific pricing as well and the quality of the items appears to be great. Looking forward to my season with a new fresh look! (One note. I'd say I'm a regular guy and the protector is a little on the small size)

Price is good but then you pay what you would at a name brand store due to over inflated shipping costs just to get what you ordered in a decent time.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
Answer: Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!
