Ordered a pair of baseball pants and paid for expedited shipping to have them before my game. They did not arrive. UPS lost them. Not Epic's fault other than they chose the carrier. The Epic agent's response was that their policy is to wait a week, then when I receive my package, that is lost per UPS, they will reduce my shipping cost to regular shipping. So generous! I would rather use sporting goods companies rather than behemoth Amazon, but at least Amazon will step to the plate when problems happen.
