She paid $12 to get a better copy of the certificate the the free downloadable one then they don't send it.

I'm only interested in my daughters certificate dont want your appology. Either send it to her and not the free downloaded copy that we already done ourselves.

Not only is it revealed you have to complete video submission section AFTER completing the multiple choice and paying for the course before you receive your RSA, the marking was super inconsistent, borderline incompetent.
While some feedback was valid, I am now sure that every new submission was marked by a different assessor with a different idea of a 'right' answer. I've just read in other reviews it feels like it was marked by AI, that feels about right.
I received contrary feedback on 1 question I had to resubmit 3 SEPERATE TIMES and then wait 2 days every time to see if that was correct. I mean was told to do 2 completely different things by feedback from 1st submission and feedback from second submission. My final submission that got me the accreditation was identical to my first, what a joke.
When I rang the help line (number not listed ANYWHERE on the site - red flag!) and was given another number to speak to an assessor (who was the only good part of the whole experience), she basically told me after listening to my 'wrong' answers that they were fine and she wasn't sure why they had been marked wrong.
SO even after giving myself a week to get the accreditation it took into the next week to receive, long after it was due for my job.
Such a waste of time and money. They pretend to be fast in their name, but it actually takes more than a week to complete the course. They don't let customers clearly know that Overseas Student are not allowed to get the certificate. Really rude as well. Don't get scam! Besides they will sell you the course saying that you only pay when you pass, but it actually wrong! And they will promote fast ways to get marked if you pay extra. I would not recommend this company at all even if they have good reviews overall. After completed everything and did all they asked, I could not get my RSA certificate as I am with the Overseas student visa, but my visa has been checked on their website since I signed up for the course.
You cannot complete the course for the advertised price. Once you complete the first 136 question questionnaire you are constantly prompted to pay an extra fee in excess of $100 for priority service. I refused this at every stage adding maybe 10 days to the "review" process only to reach the final stage and find out you CANNOT book the final interview due to only priority customer booking slots. Forcing you to pay the priority fee.
This is misleading.
I went elsewhere and did the course again.

The process of obtaining my RSA through EOT felt frustrating and misleading and left me - dispite of having successfully completed the course - disappointed. The teaser of not having to pay until you finished the course is simply not true. After working my way through the 150 multiple choice questions, I was asked to submit payment. Which I cheerfully did, thinking this was it. Silly me. The most difficult part was yet to come: completing 5 difference case studies with 1-3 questions each which had to be answered by submitting a video of yourself demonstrating your actions. While technically it is pretty straight forward, but quite a few of my submissions were rejected, not only once but twice, after having been corrected each time. I suspect the feedback comes out of an automated programme (or by AI). There's no personal interaction, nor is there a helpline or an offer of assistance (only if you are having technical difficulties). My only explanation for the forwards and backwards was that the "assessor" didn't understand my accented English (mother tongue: German). Given the importance of what the RSA represents, I find this impersonal and misleading training platform discouraging.
They are really good in caring about a individual student's needs. I am good English writing but little weak in speaking. And I expressed my weakness through mail, after attempting 2 on call assessments. Still they supported, by considering my mail.

Overall experience was excellent, unfortunately documents were destroyed in the mail. Suggest a cardboard backing to protect Australia Post from bending certificates and generally hacking them when posting in mail boxes.

You can pay the express fee but it only means that they assess your application but they don't issue your card any faster. WTF? You'll still wait over a week for your card - if you receive it. Its apparently hidden in their T&C's Deceptive company. Sales scam BS.
Have paid twice for this course and both times they have failed to provide my certification let alone even reply to my messages.
Use any other website as they're usually better priced then this one anyway.
Seems to good to be true because it is ended up having to pay for all over again at onsite location of proper training organisation because they say your complete and then new tasks get assigned in following days and then if you don`t complete in certain time they just cancel anyway. Thanks for making it easy.

The whole thing is so sketchy, the questions and info are ok, but seriously a 1 month wait to complete it.
Of course you can pay for priority but ends up costing the same as a degree in hospitality.
When you start your class it says, easy and fast. I have to wait over a month even though I purchased the express assessment for an extra fee.
It also says "pay when you pass" when it should say "pay after you've done part 1 out of 5 and then wait a month before you can get your certificate"
I now have to spend kore time and money doing my RSA with another company.
They promote no hidden costs or nasty surprises, but once you complete the extensive assessment you still have to book in a phone call to do a live test, which has no availability to book for at least a month. You also have to pay $100 + on top of the original cost to get the audio assessment done. False advertising, I'm asking for my money back
So tedious and complicated! The assessment takes ages! It took 5 days to finish the audio assessment, then I was told to complete a phone assessment which need requestment in advance. When I was ready for the phone assessment I found there was not even one available slot within a month! The whole point about the website is to ask customers to upgrade to priority service so they can make more money. Scam!
Course is very convoluted. Booking is one month away. Tested on content not given in scenario and a lot harder and demands your instinct. Assessor is impatient and called late, then said no time and just hung up. Waste of money and time. Claims about same day certificate is a lie.
Like many others have said on this page. They make no signage or warning that after completing the online test, you will have to book a live assessment call with waiting time of nearly 3 weeks. Only after paying $150 and passing the test, you are notified of this long wait in assessment call. People who needed their RSA ASAP were essentially scammed by this horrible company. Could have put good money elsewhere to get it done faster.
Im surprised action has not been taken against them for false advertising? Maybe someone will soon... Fair Trading should shut them down. No idea how the government supports them without knowing the truth...
I wanted to complete the RSA in advance, before entering Australia. That means, I did not have an Australian bank account and address yet. After completing the whole test (which is pretty long), I wanted to pay with my credit card which is obviously not Australian, that did not work. I contacted the support which was unable to help and at one point ignored my emails; no response anymore. Now, my whole progress is deleted and I can start over again. I am pretty disappointed and do not recommend this website.
At first, you are only told that you have to do an online assessment, answer a bunch of questions, and then pay $39 once you're done to receive your white card. However once you do all this, ONLY AFTER you pay, they get you to rate the experience

THEN, you have to complete an extra audio assessment, and a video assessment, which involves obtaining extra equipment that most people might not have. If you don't complete these assessments, then the money already spent is just wasted. Of course they offer a package for you to purchase the necessary equipment from them.
In the end, it's better than doing an actual in-person white card course, but they use deceptive strategies to draw in extra people, and force them to spend more money than originally advertised

In the end, make you pay the fees and then can't provide any certificate by saying you that breach of policies.
Live assessment Assessors are rude on the calls (two months waste)
Answer: The course is flexible for you to do (sign in and sign out, and your Student Dashboard will tell you where you're up to). The course takes (about) 6hours. Your assessments along the way are marked before releasing the next one. Final assessments include doing onscreen presentations of about 2mins each, for (about) 10 items I think. Then it takes 1-3 business days for them to assess your Finals.
Answer: Once you've done the 5 sections then you have to do a Final Assessment and audio/video presentations. Sign back onto your account and check your Student Dashboard as it will tell you what you still need to complete.
