They take your money BEFORE the course is complete. You then find out you are not even eligible to complete the course. Then they don't want to refund you the full price of the course. TOTAL SCAM and such a terrible introduction to work for my 17 year old son. He will do the course with a much more reputable, helpful and honest company who are actually interested in young kids getting ahead rather than taking money from them. Will also be reporting them as it misrepresentation.
This course enabled a deaf student to complete their RSA and have so many more work options available them. The questions could be understood when explained and therefore, the student felt comfortable answering them. The phone link up for the given scenarios was handled by very understanding and professional assessors. I have done this course myself as the teacher. The student was very chuffed at gaining his RSA and is eagerly awaiting his certificate to arrive. Thank you to all staff at EOT
I booked an RSA course for my daughter as she got a job at a local restaurant that serves alcohol. The online questions were ridiculous, some were just so hard to interpret. When she finally finished, there was a 2 week wait for an online audio assessment. She would have been better just taking a day's course at the local TAFE.
Would NOT recommend this company, they don't respond to emails its just not a responsive provider.
Like me, many others I have talked to have lost money with this trainer through there online training. The website is misleading and will lets you pay the full amount even if you aren't eligible. They will only refund a small amount. I would not recommend this company. There information is not all there and falls well short of the WHS guidelines. Don't loose you money.
Sat through the rsa course and came to the final live audio assessment. After realizing the earliest booking was a month away, i paid for the priority service (115 dollars). The assessor was rude, short, patronizing, and hung up on me. I wouldn't go through this website again, I feel belittled.
They make you pay, then only after completing multiple choice questions and audio assesments do they make you do a verbal phone call with time slots that are months away. Usually when you apply for an RSA, you want it straight away, not over a month. When asked for a refund, they refused and were very rude. This company sucks!
Did online course and was impressed with the substance of the course materials, methodology of training and assessment, and ease of use of website, particularly the student dashboard. The flexibility of doing the course was super helpful. Very helpful and personable support staff available, and the communication was nothing short of brilliant (emails advising of your progress and status of assessments; assessor comments on submissions, etc). Have already signed up for another course due to the silky-smooth experience with EOT.
This web site provide only Western Australia Withe Card... they say that it's valid in all the others states as well but most of the companys (here in South Australia) don't accept WA Withe Card... I waste my money and now I need to do again another withe card for apply for a job! Very usatisfy!
Do a favour to yourself, find another place to make your course. They take a long time to review your assessments and the last one you need to wait about 15 days to make it. If you want to make it faster, you need to pay an priority fee that costs more 105 dollars.
I'm foreign...they failed me due to my accent very strong they can't understand my English... every time I provide my answers with record video they said my answers is wrong...and I ask they got any hints? They said can't give...have to find myself.

EOT engages in Bait & Switch behaviour. Avoid them. EOT advertises express training. However, they want an extra $120 for the "priority" service. No priority and you will wait days for a turnaround to an email or for the oral assignments. Classic bait and switch actions..
Just designed to make you pay extra money for the "priority" service. It's better not to make it online, if you want to receive to your certificate quickly, this is definitely not a solution
Complete waste of time, would not recommend. Can take weeks to complete with the slow marking time and even the dismal staff told me they wouldn't recommend their own company - they literally told me to book with another company to do a one day face-to-face course.
This website should be avoided and you should do your rsa at tafe. They catch you off guard with the ridiculous amount of positive reviews that were probably botted. I should of done more research before doing my nsw rsa with them. Its not acceptable to never be able to get a booking for the live audio assessment and your only choice is to pay priority. I'll take it on the chin as this is one of the most regretful services i have paid for. Get your RSA at tafe.
EOT training organization do not seem to keep a record of your training, so if you lose your card or access to your email you can not get a replacement certificate but they will take your money for a replacement card and then refuse to return it, see conditions shown below. They take your money and after that ask for things you can not provide so you pay for nothing. How can they not know you graduated with them, what is wrong with their record keeping.
I personally wouldn't recommend. I'm having issues and there's no to minimal help. I'm in the last few questions and I'm getting no constructive help. Just time after time of being rejected of proceeding any further.
They made an error on their end last year after I completed my RSA course. They said the screen on the video section was black, even though I used a brand new computer. They then told me my course work was going to expire and when I went to do it again they told me I have to pay the $80 AGAIN with no refund. During corona after I had explained it was my first job offer since I lost my job because of the virus. I do not recommend this company. I am in tears.
They advertise that you can complete the course prior to paying. I completed the course and passed, payed the fee and then was told I was not eligible to receive the certificate and no refund could be issued. Why was I not told this prior to paying? Why can I not get a refund? Call centre continue to hang up on me and tell me they are the only person on for the day. When I ask why there is no refund, they told me I had to "suffer" a cancellation admin fee meaning there would be no refund.
The online multiple choice section and video submission is easy and quick, but takes AT LEAST two weeks to book a phone call interview. I could hardly hear the person calling and questions were poorly worded.
I paid the money thinking I had finished as per the prompt then realised I still had 2 modules to complete I thought that was very misleading.
Tried to organize final assessment, had to pay another $35, and had me over a barrel as EOT were aware that I needed certificate immediately or would have lost the job.

Answer: The course is flexible for you to do (sign in and sign out, and your Student Dashboard will tell you where you're up to). The course takes (about) 6hours. Your assessments along the way are marked before releasing the next one. Final assessments include doing onscreen presentations of about 2mins each, for (about) 10 items I think. Then it takes 1-3 business days for them to assess your Finals.
Answer: Once you've done the 5 sections then you have to do a Final Assessment and audio/video presentations. Sign back onto your account and check your Student Dashboard as it will tell you what you still need to complete.
