Confirms your location, takes your money, then an hour before the course declare you are not where you say you are and need a justice of the peace to sign a stat dec for you. Refuses a refund and need to pay again to do the same course. These people are a joke, a SCAM, DO NOT TRUST EVER
Website says you pay only when you pass. I passed. They then refused me to complete the course. Obviously I hadn't passed. And kept 50% of what I paid. It's simple folks, they are not going to give you a; white card. They are just stealing honest folks money.
I went through the long process of trying to enrol in a EOT course. I tried to book in (there were 3 spot available) I uploaded and completed all requirements and was then made to pay for the course and told that my application was pending approval. I took time off work to do the training. The next morning the class was fully booked. I called the customer service line to request a refund so I could go with a different provider. I was told that they have a no refund policy. I have received no training and am out of pocket $220.
As an international student it was not written clearly that i could not attend the course.
Only small writting somewhere terms and conditions.
I had to verify my visa it did not worked and when i am finished and payed everything i get an email that they going to refund a part of my money because i can't get the RSA because I am international student. And i gave them misleading information.!
Just wondering how much money they make this way? I get 81 dollars back of the 145 i payed.
Do not do your training with this company that's all I can say they say they have a phone number. But all it is your just talking to a robot system and not a person. And what ever you do, don't use afterpay with them as well. I don't know how afterpay is doing business with them. I'm clad that I got my money back.
EOT are not fair regarding fees. After scrolling through their website a couple of weeks ago when searching for an online rsa course, i was led to believe i would pay a set amount - long story short i am paying more than expected. The final component of the assessment is an over the phone audio thing where i am expected to respond to two questions. I was asked one question. Answered it. Passed. Then was told by the assessor to book another time for second question - imagine weird kind of frown creep across my forehead. So i check avail time on their website to do this so i can complete this darn thing and i cant get anything for weeeeeeeks. My only option is to book whats called a 'priority' time costing more moola. This industry is super competitive and probs needs tighter Gov regulations.
Do NOT do qld rsa training through them. Test barely touched on qld legislation not to mention they say pay when you pass however you complete the test then they charge you then you have to upload your 4x videos then you have to book at time for a phone assessment which is booked out for the inevitable future unless you pay an extra $40 for priority. Luckily they price matched so I I cut my loses and got it done same day through club training.
Do not do your RSA through this company. Apart from poorly worded unnecessary questions and being exeptionally long. They also state payment on completion and after finally completing this course and paying for it they go on to state that you can book in a verbal assessment!
Needed an RSA that day went with another site and have requested a refund which has initially been denied. I will be making a complaint with the ACCC. This is dodgey practice!
Extremely rude staff. Not keen to help you at all. They lie about the price, it starts with $20 your RSA, then they keep charging you for priority service, otherwise u gonna be only able to book it in a month or two, then they will charge you the send the card, they will charge to the card... you just gonna feel yourself in this enormous tramp, what they trying to take money from you. I ended up paying almost $70 for a simple RSA.
After a month I got a phone call to the interview, and couldn't hear the woman at all, guess what I've failed, through a horrible phone call. 1 more month to reschedule another one. I've call them and talked to Mia( extremelyyyyy rude), then called again and talked to Emily, that was a bit helpful but also not very friendly. GET AWAY FROM THEM!
Stated that payment was required only upon completion of the course. My son completed the 150+ questions and then payment was asked as it stated that he passed.
I made the payment and then find out that three more courses are required for completion. Stay away from these ripoff merchants if you want to save your money.
When I did mine with another institution I completed the questionairre then was sent an email with my temporary permit. The card arrived within a week.
Go elsewhere, these losers aren't worth it.
I urge anyone getting a construction induction card to go straight to work safe.
I was made to make payment straight up and was made to jump through hoops to get it.
I ended up going to work safe for a quick easy transaction.
Also eottraing did not even respond when I requested a refund.
Please find training elsewhere
They jus keep making you spend money and money and if u mess up anything slightly they make you have to pay a 200 rebooking fee it is a waste of money and time just go to a service nsw branch/ rto
Terrible experience during the live audio assessment. My assesseors name was Corey. He was extremely rude when I asked a question about the assessment. He spoke to me as if I was an idiot.
The website offers help and support - after this session I was left in tears after being spoken to SO disrespectfully. My assessment was at 8:15am I was not expecting to be spoken to so rudely this early in the morning!
I would not recommend this service to anyone.
I have my first shift today and after this Disrespectful incident I am left feeling shaken up.
The company should not have people assessing if the are not going to be helpful.

I started my RSA, finished the questions, they told me to send me my certificate afer payment, so I paid. Right after that, they told me to finish an live assesment to get the certificate! The next free spot was 3 weeks later! Its not acceptable to never be able to get a booking for the live audio assessment and your only choice is to pay priority. Now I found another job, working full ours so I just can't finish the course. Asked if I could get a refund or at least a part of my money back. They told me, it's my own fault, I already paid, no refund. So, they let you pay, and than tell you you have an impossible Task to finish before you get your certificate!
"Pay when you pass" is not true, they only show you the remaining sections after you pay.
Once you pass one section of the testing, you pay, then there are x more sections to fill out.
To top it off, the wait is over 1 month to get the final section filled out. There are no call back times available. (currently dec 20th, next open is Jan 24th)
Dont trust the website reviews, they are all done after you pass the first section.
I started this course with the information that I would not be charged until completion, I answered 136 questions which apparently completed my course and then was asked for Payment details, once I went through with everything and they took the money from me, they then proceeded to hit me with a list of ridiculous tasks to do by Video which never once worked, it felt like I was going through immigration with some of the questions I was asked. To top it off there are no contact details what so ever even though they claim to have a Support unit which are contactable by Email or Phone. How do these companies get away with this, I just hope I can get my money back.
Could not get a booking for a phone call for MONTHS. Then when i eventually did, i booked a time, then they called me an hour before hand. I was not expecting it and was busy. I booked another time and they called me TWO hours beforehand. I was busy. They don understand that some poeple cannot drop everything and run to the phone, i took time out of my studies to book both of the times. And yet they did not respect the fact that i had stipulated a time frame, they just call when they please.
I have given up on eot now, im finding somewhere else
Scammers, cancel my application as I was an overseas student but they never asked it before I sign in and pay the fees. Now when they verify the account after payment, they say I am a student and I cannot proceed so they refund half of the money. They never ask you if you are a student before the application. Stupid Be Aware, there will be other 100 case like such thing. SCAMMMERS!
First off it boasts being a cheap option but makes you pay for priority just so you can finish the course ($106 ON TOP of the original payment to take the course)
People you do the on the phone test with are highly unprofessional and hung up whilst I was asking for clarification on why I was denied (because I said "under influence of illicit substance" rather than "on cocaine" because I'm not even allowed to say "drunk" so why would I think it's appropriate to say to a patron that I assume they're on cocaine. All together it was an unprofessional service.
Answer: The course is flexible for you to do (sign in and sign out, and your Student Dashboard will tell you where you're up to). The course takes (about) 6hours. Your assessments along the way are marked before releasing the next one. Final assessments include doing onscreen presentations of about 2mins each, for (about) 10 items I think. Then it takes 1-3 business days for them to assess your Finals.
Answer: Once you've done the 5 sections then you have to do a Final Assessment and audio/video presentations. Sign back onto your account and check your Student Dashboard as it will tell you what you still need to complete.
Answer: YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND NO WHITE CARD HAS BEEN GIVEN.
