At first, you are only told that you have to do an online assessment, answer a bunch of questions, and then pay $39 once you're done to receive your white card. However once you do all this, ONLY AFTER you pay, they get you to rate the experience

THEN, you have to complete an extra audio assessment, and a video assessment, which involves obtaining extra equipment that most people might not have. If you don't complete these assessments, then the money already spent is just wasted. Of course they offer a package for you to purchase the necessary equipment from them.
In the end, it's better than doing an actual in-person white card course, but they use deceptive strategies to draw in extra people, and force them to spend more money than originally advertised
