Good to be up to date as this is now my third update on holding a RSA.

And am looking forward to receiving my statement of attaintment for the RSG which I have recently updated.

I found all courses very helpful and fall well within ones budget with a speedy delivery.

Easy to navigate and ability to find info in the course content section\ view side while answering. However there is a audio and another section you must complete to get your cert. And it does not tell you this? I found out from another job seeker at my employment place who had previously done the RAS on the EOT site.

Course advertised that it would be marked in 1-3 days. By end of day 4 I was calling to ask if I had passed. Seemed that my results were only marked after my phone call

Would be beneficial to receive an email if there are delays in marking to save constantly checking emails

The information pack (pdf download), was easy to navigate & understand.
The Jp authorisation process etc was a little confusing.but the support team replied very quickly & explained it in a pretty straight-forward manner.That quick & informative responsive meant my credentials and certs were signed off and sent back to be officially accredited. My card arrived within about 2-3 days.

The training experience has help me to understand more in-depth the responsibilities that it takes to serve alcohol, the laws, rules and regulations, and how to interact with patron public in a respectful, responsible way. The course has been deeply insightful into Australia laws, policies and cultural aspects of RSA

I was able to complete the training at my own paced.

The slides were easy to understand. The instructions and guidance were adequate and commendable.

My White card arrived less than a week as against the estimated 2 weeks for delivery. And it came with detailed information and instructions.

I'm really happy about the service.

Overall it was a good experience. The assignment marking and responses were very quick. Only one suggestion explain how the Course progresses through the various modules a bit better/clearer otherwise I really enjoyed the experience. Thank you.

Training which I gone through is fabulous and very understandable. Question /Answering is really deigned very well, user friendly, easy understandable and very convenient for everyone even whoever doesn't have much interaction with computers or smart technology.

Brought back all my OH&S training

The price advertised online was $39 but the invoice was $59.76.
However i did not feel i was in a position to argue at that point.

My White Card has now been accepted by Fair Trading in my application for Owner Builder Permit.

After I finished this course I found it the most useful and very helpful for every worker to protect them selves at the workplaces. I become more confident understand lot of things with PPE at construction sites.

Very simple online system to use.All course notes are defined and easy to understand.
It is the best way to complete your White Card accreditation as there are no time wasting holdups at any point of the process.

I was happy with my early experience but took ages to get confirmation after doing the audio / video session. I got a random email that seemed to indicate I needed to do more when I hadn't even been assessed. Assessment took nearly 5 days meaning I missed out on a job. I'm still to go back & complete it, however I should be able to do that tomorrow.

Ordered my RSA certificate, It arrived late but when it did arrive. It was crumpled in a crappy envelope. Now I am forced to use a heavy book to try and straighten it but that won't get rips out unfortunately.

The online questions and answers worked well but the system took my money and asked for a review as soon as it was complete without explaining there were two more sections to do. Those sections were clunky and difficult to use over a suburban ASDL connection. Worse, the system did not provide feedback on next steps or progress and it took five days and follow up emails and phone calls to sort out the problem. Very poor.

Initially very straight forward and simple process to combine learning and assessment. However, there was a lot of extra information required which was not explained initially. (I.D, U.S.I, Statutory Declaration, personal information) The gathering of this information took significantly longer than the assessment, and would have been better if clearly explained at the start.

It seemed sketchy, but being able to pay after you complete the course is great. It gave some good advice on how to deal with rowdy customers and showed some real life examples through demonstration videos on how to pour drinks, std drinks, and industry behaviours.

Easy to follow and the turn around time for marking was great. You could take your time or get it done as quickly as you chose. If you did get answers wrong, you were always given another opportunity to try again. Highly recommend.

Completed at my convenience. This course is a well directed learning experience. Help is available if the online reading isn't sufficient. The course notes are clear and cover all of the information that I needed to complete the assessment and obtain my certificate.
