Took forever to get my order! I was disappointed in the packaging, or lack thereof, of my heartworm medication that I ordered. I ordered 3 doses and it didn't even come in a box! I have ordered 3 doses elsewhere and it comes sealed and packaged in a box from the manufacturer. I'm glad I had an extra dose at home, because it never would have made it in time for when I needed it (I ordered a week or more ahead of when I needed it).
I ordered my pets medication from this site and didn't hear anything about the script for 2 weeks. I contacted support and they stated my order was being sent. Another week and a half goes by and I receive an email stating they are waiting to send my order because I have not paid and to call support. I called the same day and was told they cancelled my order because it wasn't paid and they couldn't do anything for me and suggested I reorder.
Why would I reorder when it takes them three +weeks to to get the order and then cancel the order. They stated they cannot process my order because I didn't pay... you have to put your cc information in when you order your product. There is no reason not to charge your card. Also when you put promo codes in that are advertised on the website they do not work and they won't add. It's a bait and switch which is illegal last time I checked.
So not order from this site!
Horrible experience. Ordered online with priority shipping. When I hadn't received in the 2-3 days they said it would take I called. Was told they had faxed the Vets office but hadn't received the RX back and that they had called and was told by the Vets office they were waiting on the Vets approval - both lies (the Vets office had documentation of the faxes and notes in the chart re: the RX). When I insisted they ship me the RX overnight, they told me it was no longer in stock. No only did they blatantly lie, they were rude, and have no idea about what customer service is.
I needed to order some prescription medication for my cat. EntirelyPets Pharmacy contacted my vets office and basically took care of everything. All I had to do was provide them with the fax number.
If you are in any hurry at all for your medication, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order 2 weeks ago and paid extra for express shipping because I needed the medication quickly. After sending 3 unanswered emails, I sat on hold for over an hour before finally speaking to a customer service representative who told me that they had called and sent a fax to my vet's office and they hadn't responded. This sounded odd to me because my vet's office is very responsive and knew the urgency. So, I went to my vet's office myself. They had not heard from anyone, as I expected, so they called and left a message for the pharmacy (that was the only option). It has now been 4 days since that and I'm still being told that my order is processing. I have had to spend over $300 at a local Walgreens to obtain medication for my dog to take while I wait for my shipment from Entirely Pets. This company is awful.
We made a very simple, straightforward purchase for tick medication. After a week of it not being sent, I emailed Entirely Pets Pharmacy inquiring about it's whereabouts, and they responded by saying it was out of stock. I asked why they hadn't informed me of this, and when it would be in stock, and they replied that maybe it would be in stock in three weeks. I then asked for a refund, and they insisted that my transaction was only "pending", when in fact the money had already left my account. I then had to fight to get them to acknowledge that, and their response was to "cancel" my order but they never refunded my money. As I write this, I'm dealing with PayPal to get a refund. NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from this business. They should be reported to the California's AG office and the State Board of Pharmacy for questionable business practices.
I order from this website. I was able to purchase the prescription w/o a problem. The site allowed me to choose and purchase the medication as if they had it in stock. Meds came to me well over the time that it should've came in, and it was on half. An email came that they were out of stock (which should've been noted on the website and not allowed it to be purchased) and were going to send in partial deliveries. More excessive time passed and when it finally came, the order STILL wasn't complete, but the receipt ticket was showing complete. I immediately emailed the company informing them of the problem, and they told me that it was their mistake and they would send the rest. Nothing came. I called the company and spoke with them and they said they would send the rest. Nothing came. I emailed again, and the response was similar. I called like a few more times with the response all being the same but no medication received. I contacted the BBB and made a complaint, went through the back and forth process with the company. They were lying to the BBB the entire time. Then the BBB said that that's all they could do. So now I'm out of a payment to this company of a full ordered prescription, and I'm short of the medication. I even wonder if the medication that I received from them actually is the medication that I've ordered. The discounts pull you in just to get robbed. If anyone has a class action suit on them or anyone would like to pursue a suit, them comment under here and we can get something together.
Merchandise was shipped to me that I did not order. I called EPP and was told once I received the package to ship back and I would be credited which I did. After 2 months, I was told the package was never received by EPP. After about 10 phone calls and doing a dispute with my credit card company, EPP finally credited me 80% of the amount charged. I will never order from this company again and would not recommend them.
I ordered items from this company and received an email that it would be a delayed delivery due to items being out of stock. Sometime went by and I received another email to contact company if I had not received my items. I called and man was very nice but informed me that it would be at least 6 weeks from this date and it was not guaranteed. My biggest issue is they didn't call or email to notify of this long delay. Items were needed and I had to decide to search out another company. I cancelled the order since it was a timely matter. Now to HOPE my money is credited back to my account. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in regards to updates on delayed delivery.
Awful customer service. Took my money for meds then tell me it's on backorder. Then sent 2 months later without my permission (as per the FTC laws), notice and after I told them to cancel the order. Now they won't return my money, although I refused the package and the tracking numbers indicates this. To add salt to the wound, my dog passed days before the package arrived. Unless you want to throw your money to the wind, AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I didnt read any reviews before ordering, I wish I had. Do not order through this website, a few dollars saving is not worth the trouble. Customer care wait time is atleast 15-20mins. They never reached to my vet and kept telling they were busy for 1 month. I went to my vet and got the prescription approved and then they didn't ship for more than 1 week. I placed my order on 16th June and still it has not been shipped. This is first and last time i am using this. You cannot cancel order online, you will have to call them which is again a long wait.
The shipping was super fast. Item exactly what ordered and a great price. The communication between the company and vet must be straight on, because it took only 3 days until the product came

Called 3 times, order was 'misplaced' never processed and never received a sufficient response from the customer service rep nor manager. Won't use them ever again.

Placed an order. Waited a week to find out they still haven't called my vet to approve. So if you don't mind not getting your products, you will save money.
Very pleased with the product but the discount code I had from my prior order would not be accepted. Since there was no "end" date on it, that was disappointing.
I ordered medications for my Dog from Entirelypets three weeks ago. I chose entirely pets as their price was better than my prior pharmacy. They promised prompt shipping. Two weeks later, no order or tracking information had been sent. I e-mailed their customer service center, no response. I then received a call a week later saying that the price had increased from 0.08 cents a tablet to 0.61 cents (mind you my card was authorized for the lower price weeks ago). The message asked, so now how many tablets do you want shipped now? I called customer service and they said the computer made an error, sorry. Pay the new price or nothing will be shipped. The "updated price" is more than twice my prior pharmacy charges. They would not admit to false advertising though my card was authorized for the original amount prior. I will NEVER order from this company again and encourage others to fill their pets' medications elsewhere. Terrible customer service with no regard for the pet's urgent need of medication or for owning their mistakes. Extremely dissatisfied.
I ordered from them to save a bit of money, but now wish I had saved myself the wasted time and stress instead. It took them over a week to receive approval from my vet, despite the fact that she spoke with representatives and left voice mails three times giving approval. I have called them myself one to two times per day for the last week to check in with what is happening with my order and have been told different accounts each time. Today I was told that the approval was just received today and my order would ship tomorrow, which was also what I was told yesterday. Each customer service representative has given me varying, unapologetic, excuses and have offered no solutions. They do not seem to care that this is time-sensitive as my pet has already run out of the medication that I ordered before I knew that the process would take weeks to be resolved, since it has has taken less than a week when I've ordered through other online pharmacies in the past. The advertisements for other products that play constantly while you wait on hold are another fun bonus. Do yourself a favor and order from a different site.

Answer: They do things that make them seem sketchy like not responding to customer service emails and not informing you of backorders, but they eventually shipped my stuff. I wouldn't use them though. Pay more and get your meds in a timely fashion if you need them on a schedule.
