The staff were professional during check-in and check-out. The process was simple and easy. The vehicle was very nice and reliable, no problems.
I recommend that in the future, when renting out vehicles with existing damage—particularly those with significant body damage such as dents in the rear quarter panels or passenger-side dings—your process include photographing the entire affected side of the vehicle, not just close-ups of specific damaged areas.
Last week, I returned a rental car that had noticeable damage on the driver's side rear quarter panel at the time of pickup. During the walk-around with your assistant, neither of us identified any damage to the driver's side door, likely because it was located below typical eye level and wasn't immediately visible. However, upon return, I was informed that this area had new damage, which I strongly disagree with.
I suggest revising your damage documentation policy going forward: either avoid renting out vehicles with pre-existing damage or ensure thorough and clearly labeled visual documentation of all damaged areas. This would allow for a more accurate comparison at the time of return and reduce the potential for disputes.
I had a great experience doing business with both the store where I picked up the rental vehicle and the store where I returned it.
