The staff at the local rental office were very interested in resolving my problem which occurred when I had driven nearly 1000 miles & my maintenance & oil filter change message came on. I wanted to do the right thing so called the location from which I rented & was advised someone would pick up the car * have it serviced but would require a $450.
00 deposit refundable when car was returned. He asked for credit card info & unfortunately Ii gave it to him because. It was the number on the Enterprise card given to me when I rented. Am waiting on resolution!

They call twice to confirm my rental and was told both times I need a small car not suv and was stuck in suv they wanted me to wait for a car to be cleaned even though I had appointment time to pick up
