I had a great rental from Enterprise this week, for a corporate trip. I reserved a compact SUV to be able to carry some sensitive equipment, and when I went to pick up the rental I was offered the chance to upgrade to a better one, the Mazda CX5. I had a great rental experience with this one, and I'm glad I wasn't stuck with the Buick or Hyundai in the original reservation class. Thank you for a great rental experience!

Renting from Enterprise was great. The representative came to pick me up at Bergey's Chevrolet service department. I was given a Chevrolet Malibu, which was excellent because I own a Chevrolet Cruze and the controls are nearly identical. The car was nice to drive and I was able to drop it off at Bergey's when the repairs to my car were completed. The service advisor simply called Enterprise, which closed the rental. I received a copy of the invoice as an e-mail, which is very convenient. Next time I need to drop off my car for service or repairs, I'll be sure to rent from Enterprise again. Thank you for the excellent service.

We had reserved a standard suv for a trip to my wife's first red carpet movie premiere experience. When I arrived to pick up the car, we realized we had underestimated the amount of luggage and gear we were bringing on the roadtrip. Cooper and Team were quick to shift gears and in a short time, found a mini van that fit our needs perfectly for just a bit more. The trip was smooth and red carpet event went great! This will be our go to spot for any future rentals!

Reservation doesn't mean your all set had to wait 2 days for my "Reservation to be valid due to lack of vehicles available. Staff was quick to get me in and out loved that. Left a booster when I dropped off and didn't get a call about it luckily I remembered and came back to find it tagged for lost and found

I was scheduled to pick up a dodge durango for a 1 way trip from Mechanicsburg Pa to Miami Fl. The car I was supposed to use was not returned on time by the previous renter. The manager, Rheeana, upgraded me to a Chrysler Pacifica, no additional charge. I drove the Pacifica 1,200 miles in a day and a half. It was a great road car. Thanks to Rheeana we had a great trip

Zion was wonderful! They all were! I had to get a rental for insurance reasons and I was very specific on what I expected in a vehicle. They promised I would be in a vehicle I would love and they delivered on that! Their camaraderie was amazing and my husband and I will be choosing the Sioux Falls location over and over again without question!
