I'd like to applaud Andrew at your Forest Park, Il location on Roosevelt Rd... my Mom rented a vehicle drove to Memphis, TN in a rental that had a light come on the dashboard on the highway and an awkward noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. Made several attempts to reach an enterprise in TN being told they had no other vehicles to trade. Andrew worked his magic got her in another vehicle for her trip back to Illinois and made a follow-up call to make sure she was ok. Please consider him for any up coming promotions. He's Awesome!
My family was going on a vacation and made a reservation for a vehicle at the Indian Trail NC location that fit my budget and need. I received a call from Hanna at 4:50 pm saying that they are overbooked on that vehicle and to call back to see what they can do. I tried calling back at 5:02 and got the "office is closed, we reopen at 8:00". I called back at 8:12 am and Hanna confirmed that she was over booked. I asked Hanna if she had other vehicles that would work for me and Hanna said yes, but you have to pay the higher price. I said your system allowed me to book the vehicle at the price I wanted and now you are not willing to fix this problem that your company created. She said no, you have to pay the high price because I want to be fair to others. How is this fair to me! Hanna was not willing to help, not willing to honor her companies confirmation on the vehicle. Enterprise picks you up and take you to the cleaners! I will never use them AGAIN!
They wait until you get there to start slamming extra costs not mentined on the site. Don't rent here!
I returned a vehicle on 7/6/2020 and noticed I had forgotten a phone charger in the vehicle. I called and spoke to a representative, who told me that it was found and I could pick it up when convenient. Today I realized something else had most likely been left under the seat, a water proof fanny pack. I called again and was told that the item was also found by the cleaning crew but that it had been thrown away. Why is it that I have to call and name every item that was found in the returned car? Why is that my belongings are being arbitrarily thrown away and given an "awe shucks too bad" as a response? It is extremely unprofessional to, not call when an item is found, but to also hold onto my belongings when I'm there in person if the items were found in the same vehicle. And then finally after needing me to contact the agency again to tell me that they were thrown away.
Me, my 9 year old daughter, and my husband were all in Daytona FL. We missed our flight so had to figure out a way home (we needed to get to St. Louis MO). We ended up getting a different flight to Edwardsville IN. So a good 2-3 hours from home. We needed to rent a car. So we called at ONE in the afternoon to ask if we could rent a car when we landed in IN. They told us, "no, absolutely not. We close at 7. Let me check Alamo or national. No, we are all closed". We get off the plane at 830 and enterprise is completely lit up with two girls sitting there. As we are standing there like wtf, another man said the same exact thing happened to him. Same story and everything. So one of the girls asked if we needed a car and I AM DUMBFOUNDED! Excuse me! We called 7 hours ago. We had to have friends drive 3 hours to come pick us up instead. This is all absolutely ridiculous.
Another great experience at enterprise rent a car I rent often and am always satisfied with my location on highway 29 Pensacola Florida They always make sure I have exactly what I need and I'm satisfied before I walk out the door
I had a flat tire 6 hours after I picked up the vehicle. I was on the ohio turnpike so the rental company was unable to get Triple A to fix the flat because the turnpikes are a private interstate and they would be fine or I would have to pay for a private tow company. I had to change it myself or wait 90mins for a tow company to show up and I'd also have to pay the bill. It was 4 am in the morning and there wasn't much of a shoulder it was very dangerous. I called enterprise to get another car and was told that I couldn't and I wouldn't be able to get a tire. I called back finally got ahold of a person who wanted to help they told me there was nothing they could do until a enterprise opened at 9am and it was about an hour away. So I ended up sleeping in a parking lot until 8am for about five hours. I drove an hour on a donut i made it to a enterprise they told me to go to a tire shop. Two hours later I got a tire and then enterprise charged me a 50 dollar service fee. I spent 400 dollars on this rental. I'll never use enterprise again

Worst service ever
1. Called to schedule for them to pick me up, and their phone lines aren't working (for days) and tried contacting them through Facebook and didn't help.
2. Arrive on time to pick up my rental and car is not ready. Needed to wait 30 mins for oil change and car wash as there was no other "premium" car available. But I was in a hurry so I took a cheaper car.
3. I told the employee the car was dirty, but he said is only dirty on the outside because it was parked under a tree. Offered to give it a quick wash, but I decline because I was in a hurry.
4. On my way home realized the car is diry on the inside as well, even trash on back seats.
5. Go back, they don't care and only answer is to give me the car that I reserved from the beginning. And that's it.
6. Employees wear masks at all times, but are handing unclean cars to clients and their family during this Pandemic. Makes zero sense.
The manager at the Prama OH enterprises was rude and didn't do his job to make things right with the car that was not check out before leaving the lot was stuck with out a car lie about replacing the car we had will never rent a car from that location again. I would not even give it a star.
. I am upset cuz I feel taken advantage of. It should not cost 100.00 $ a day almost. Also, I made my arrangements on line and there's never a car I can afford to pay for. No pick up or drop off never enough staff..
I was told the nearest was Cary, nc but that was incorrect. Transferred to Apex, nc location. Was told they would deliver car. I ask if I had to return driver and was told no. Misinformation and i had to return driver.
On the 13th of May I made a reservation for my son to pick up a car at Enterprise at the Des Moines Iowa airport At the time I made the reservation I was told to be sure to have a return flight itinerary which we did in fact have When my son arrived at the airport he went to Enterprise and was waited on by an extremely rude and belligerent gentleman that wouldn't even look at his itinerary and refuse to rent him the car He said he didn't have proof of return flight but he wouldn't look at it My son actually returns tomorrow which is Sunday May 15th All I'm asking from Enterprise is that they give my son a formal apology or some type of compensation The apology I want from the gentleman that helped my son I've always loved Enterprise I'm a gold customer I have nothing but good things to say about them until this particular incident I'm extremely upset about this Something has to be done They have filed a report but so far nothing has come of that My son had to take a cab 30 miles south of Des Moines and it completely ruin his vacation with his twelve-year-old son Thank you for reading this hope you have a good trip
I set up a rental over the phone. Asked the man about paying with bank card, he said no problem. I drive an hour Wednesday evening to pick it up and lady refused to take any of my 3 bank cards. So I left and called to make a complaint, was told the lady was wrong Enterprise always takes bank debt cards. So I set up again the next morning online, drive an hour to pick it up and again the lady refused to take my cards. I was renting due to an emergency and Enterprise made my car rental a Super embarrassing and stressful experience. I ended up renting from a different company.
I rented for 3 weeks with insurance coverage. I was not treated kindly or respectfully. They even tried to raise the rates once.
Cant believe this company... accused me of damaging a vehicle--had to go to arbitration with them... ended up costing me over $300 extra dollars... total SAM and SCAM... BEWARE --USE ANYBODY ELSE BUT THIS COMPANY --unethical and nasty over the phone

I would like to thank Mr. Teryl White, branch manager of Enterprise at the Capital Cadillac location in Greenbelt MD, for making every experience a well one during my rental visits. He demands for his customers to be happy with the service before leaving there. He and staff exhibits great concerns, and professionalism with any issue you may have, and practice their best to meet your need and desires, and sometimes, he might throw in a little treat, within means of course; however, you will be satisfied before leaving there. I went on line to use the "you click we pick". When I got to location on blackstone ave in Fresno. They did not have a car for me & offered a sub compact. I was traveling a long distance so a I needed a larger car. I asked for a larger car. The only car available was some $40.00 more. I had to take it. It came with under a quarter tank of gas (I thought all cars came with full tank). Nice car a Mazda small suv. I realized that the speed control was not working properly. I counted on that since I was traveling about 4 hrs each way. On the open road it was just start to slow down. Then at times it would speed up. On return of the car I was given a $8.00 credit. Also I brought it back with over a half of tank of gas. (picked it up at lest than quarter tank). I think there should've have been some sort of cost consideration. Name is Milton Quan & rental was on Feb 16th.
It's great you guys con people into booking and then dont give them the PROPER INFORMATION about what they need at the time of pick up! No you give the WRONG INFORMATION and then people have to cancel their entire weekend!
