Very enjoyable experience. Staff helpful, kind and very friendly. Had a breakdown in St Louis. Staff picked me up at my hotel and provided transportation to enterprise. I was so grateful. Was also easy to extend my car rental until my personal car was repaired.

I rented a car and it was having a squealing noise with the brakes and when you turn.
And the wheel felt stiff turning to left. I tried to get another vehicle from another Enterprise where I was at and was offered a smaller car with a donut on it. Which was not something I want to do because of the safety issue driving so far on a donut and I had my family with me which would not have fit in the car. Another place said to be an hour and a half before they would be able to assist bc they had to check in vehicles and see if they could rent them out. And I was an hour away from home with my dad who has dementia who we had just gone and gotten stitches out. So this put us in a pickle. And I was unable to get another rental car. When I explained it to the customer service agent in Fort Oglethorpe when I brought it back she asked what she could do to make it right. I asked her whatever she could do. She went above and beyond what I was expected she gave me a discount and an upgrade for my next rental. I was so surprised and felt so blessed because I was stressed driving the vehicle and trying to find a replacement and was unable to. So this was a blessing that I did not expect for my trouble. She showed sympathy and kindness. Which is hard to find in this world at any business most the time. I believe her name was Faith
