Never rent from here. The reps are dishonest about charges. I was told the rental was covered by insurance (as I have no control over how long my car has been in the shop for an accident I didn't cause) but received an extra 90 dollar charge this morning which was more than the 80 dollar deposit I had to put down. I talked the representative and even they couldn't explain the amount of the charge. Never use this company they are a scam and I will be pursuing legal action
The experience and service I received at Enterprise better than excellent because this group knows how to treat people, especially older like myself. Logab and Vinny know how to be calm and cool, which has become somewhat of a lost art. This group is special, I just hope the Big Bosses realize what they have. It was truly an uplifting experience that I won't forget.

I give them a 1 star as I should put a negative 1 of the bad experience I had when I rented back on 10/31/24 after my auto accident. I was driving a GHETTO CAR with 3 missing hub caps, 4 missing tire stem covers, stained and torn seats and smell of cigarette smoke. I never received a survey for this rental on 10/31/24, but wanted to let you know my bad experience as it is indicated on the previous page of comments I added. They did NOT even try to accomodate me to get me into a different vehicle after the multiple complaints I made on the phone and in person too! I WANT and SHOULD be REIMBURSED for ALL of my TOLLS of $306.17 and more for the bad experience I had. ENTERPRISE SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO PUT ME IN THIS CAR. I DROVE WITH DISGUST AND EMBARRASSMENT THE ENTIRE TIME I HAD THIS CAR!
