My rental experience with Enterprise in Bowling Green. Ohio went exceptionally well. The vehicle type that I requested was available, the agent was friendly, and he helped me set my phone up to the car. What more can you ask for?

He was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of renting a car using my debit card and military ID, which can often be a challenging situation. Moe's expertise and professionalism were instrumental in helping me save a significant amount of money. For context, Hertz was requiring a $500 hold in addition to the rental charges, which was a major financial burden for me at the time. Moe not only helped me avoid that stress but also made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

The rental was very dirty on the outside! It wasn't the rental I was supposed to get! Clair, the lady that came to pick me up had called me to see if I was ready to be picked up and told me I was getting a Nissan but instead I got a Chevrolet Malibu which was all dirty! It also seemed like it wasn't serviced before I got it bc there were alert images popping up on the dashboard and the left rear tire needed air! Also had an issue getting back my $300 deposit! The manager Holly didn't do things correctly so it took a week before I got my deposit back! When I called her about it, she had said she put the deposit back the day before but that wasn't accurate bc I got an email she sent right when I was talking to her verifying the transaction! So I feel she wasn't being honest at all about anything! It was all a nightmare experience! Then I was told by Clair that I was going to get a free one day rental for all the inconvenience and Holly the manager ended up calling me that Clair didn't say that I was getting a free rental! That what she had said was that if I rented a car for a day, I would get the second day free which is not true! I know what I heard! I've rented from Enterprise for many years and this was the first time I've ever experienced such a horrible situation! The whole thing caused me anxiety!
