Upon arrival the manager and other employees were extremely professional. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my rental. Upon returning the rental, I felt the same extraordinary feeling from the manager and staff. The manager asked me if I was satisfied with the rental and if I had any concerns or problems that needed to be addressed. I didn't have any problems or concerns. Everything was great. I plan to use this Enterprise for all of my rental needs. Excellent customer service!

I rented a car from Enterprise in Pella, Iowa while my car was in the shop for repairs. DJ and Dane, the two team members I interacted with, were both super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was pleasant and comfortable. From filling out the paperwork, to picking me up from the auto shop and giving me a ride back there once car had been repaired, those two made the process of renting a car an easy and pleasant experience.

I always have a good experience when I rent with Enterprise. Not just in the Sherman, TX which is my go to place for any rentals because they have the best employees there, but also in my other drop off and pick up destinations. I can trust that they will take care of me and meet my needs to their fullest extent and I appreciate them for being there and the person I talked to when I returned my recent rental was the sweetest and kindest soul. I felt like family and that he really cared about me and my satisfaction with my rental.
