Liars and con artists in my opinion

February 13, 2018

I was jerked around for 5 months with this company, trying to get a reverse mortgage.
They promised me the moon! After I signed all the documents (all 200 pages) they shorted me $9000. I would steer clear of them unless you want to be another victim.

This is what we stand for.;) My guess is you actually wanted to know where the word ENNKAR came from. Its the last name of the two founders smashed together. But the word HAS taken on new meaning. are they mortgage brokers

Answer: Hi Cheryl, we are direct lenders. Direct lenders have many advantages over brokers, including no middle man fees or broker fees. This is especially important with FHA loans as you are always better off going direct to the source. Brokers do not lend out money. They just take your loan to a direct lender and act as a middle person. :) hope that helps!
