Hi Cheryl, we are direct lenders. Direct lenders have many advantages over brokers, including no middle man fees or broker fees. This is especially important with FHA loans as you are always better off going direct to the source. Brokers do not lend out money. They just take your loan to a direct lender and act as a middle person. :) hope that helps!
