I wanted to try the Indian Chai to see if I liked it as much or better than. The Cochin Madmsala chai. Great sale on the sample size so I bought severall. The Cochin Masala chai is still my favorite but I like the Indian chai and will drink that as well no also ordered cream Earl Gray but discovered I prefer the double Earl Gray much better.

Several of the food items were expired and/or crushed in shipping. This was the second time I've made a large order from your website, but it'll probably be the last. Sending customers expired food is unacceptable.

The chocolate was Melt very bad and the ice bag was melted as will may be it did take too long to arrive

Easy to find what you want, great quality products. Personally I'd like to see an option to search for non caffeinated products rather than just decaffeinated (include Chamomile etc.) and the ability to add a text based search filter. Everything I've got so far has been excellent. I like to try new things but have developed a caffeine sensitivity, so the easier it is to find suitable products the more likely I am to try them.
If I wanted to review, I would have initiated. I gave you a rating which should suffice.
