I ordered my typoo tea here because it is more readorably priced than World Market, easy to order and I receive it in a timely manner. All in all very pleased with the experience and from now on this is where I will be ordering my tea from.

Excellent quality loose leaf tea. I was struggling to find a supplier who avoided over crushing the tea leaves and causing fine dust dregs to slip through the strainer. English Tea Store has nice full leaves and good flavor. The site was also clear and easy to order from.

I love the product and the price but this experience didn't go so well. The tracking info said it was delivered, but said it was dropped off at 11:50pm, which seemed odd. Then I got mixed messages from cutomer service - that it had been lost, that it had been returned to sender... She said she would expedite it and I'd get tracking info that afternoon, but I didn't. When I called back the next day she said it would take a number of days to arrive. She said what do you want me to do, as if there was nothing she could do. I said I wanted her to expedite it like she said she would and send it overnight. She finally did, but only after an argument. It was an unfortunate experience.

I was looking for mini Bonne Maman honey jars and they had the cute 1oz jars with a navy and white gingham patterned lid! They offered a couple of different sizes, and with a few clicks it was being sent my way! The packaging was great, and nothing arrived damaged or delayed! I'll make this a regular shop for other goods we're needing!

You have products not easily found locally. Mincemeat for example. I found the "tone" of your site to be friendly and helpful. And your postal/shipping rates are reasonable. The package with two glass jars arrived extremely well packed. Thank you very much!

I Can't remember getting the squash as it was a while back but I will go to the English tea store again,

I was delighted to find the large box of PG Tips tea which is so difficult to find anywhere else. Likewise the Simpkins travel sweets. Everything arrived promptly in perfect condition.

The 3 teapots turned out fine! Up to date colors. Price fine.

I was hesitant and yet tempted to explore across the Pond where I imagine tea culture to be less "modern" than it probably really is. Think I've heard teabags are all the thing the nowadays, but this is where I found my simple treasure.

The tea and marmalade are delicious! I look forward to exploring more products in the future.

The teas & biscuits that I enjoy daily are hard for me to find locally without driving all over town just to not have them available. English Tea prices were comparable or less, shipping was free over a certain amount - so I stocked up. Happy to know I can support smaller businesses.
