The tea set arrived promptly, only two or three days from the time I ordered, and everything was packaged very well, nothing was broken, and everything was so organized that it gives me a way to store it when not in use with each box labeled as to what it contained. I really appreciate that!
Fast and easy….just the way it should be….easy site navigation….
I tried to order this product, and it said that it went through and charged my card. A day later I checked - they had cancelled my order with no reason and no communication to me. There wasn't even any notice that my order had been cancelled. On top of that, I've now gotten 5 emails asking me to review the store and the product that I never received. My card was not charged, they didn't take my money, so it wasn't a scam, but I seem unable to place an order, and nobody can tell me why.
I ordered the english breakfast blend #1. Read The Small Print. It says there is a fuller leaf tea (blend #2). BUT the photo for #1 shows a fuller leaf when actually it's fannings, at best Broken Orange Pekoe. That was disappointing. It is a fine tea none the less. I will use E T S again, I like you guys a lot, but I'll be a bit more careful reading the descriptions.
I have been drinking Barry's Irish Gold Blend tea for years, but I can't buy it in stores where i live. This site made it very easy and the price is great! Thank you!
My wife loves tea and mentioned she'd love a "Brown Betty" for her birthday. Easily found the online store and noted the cobalt blue teapot.
