I've had in a long time.

Since CADD old style drafting tools are often hard to find locally, other than the standard triangles and templates at Office Depot. Good to know there is a source. My 40 years of accumulation was stolen so I am trying to build it back up.

I found this site for tools from another area contractor. Good so far. I use it almost daily pulling manhole lids. The handle orientation option is a nice feature for how you store the hook. It is much stronger, so far, than past bent hex rod options.

The material is the same thickness as a garbage bag. We stapled it down using landscape staples every 12" along each perimeter, plus the control point in the middle. We'll see how well it survives the 30 mile wind gusts we're experiencing today.

The order arrived quickly and with no damages. I have yet to actually try the product so no info on that front. However when I did call or email customer service with a few inquiries regarding my order they were very helpful and resolved my question. I would order from this company again, they seemed up front and honest which I greatly appreciated.

I am very satisfied with the product ordered. I appreciate that engineer supply has such an extensive inventory of products and equipment. However, I did not anticipate having to wait an additional 10 days for an item critical to my operation that was not in stock.

Engineering Supply is very professional to deal with. I'm just not happy about paying $52.00 to return and restock the items which cost $109.99. I should have called to verify the overall size of the storage box before placing the order. That was my error and I will just be very cautious about ordering in the future.

Super convenient to use PayPal since address and account info is automatically used. I did find a $8 lower price for the straightedge on another website but bought from this company because the free shipping didn't have as many restrictions.

Fulfillment time was slow. Of course I did order online New Years Eve which was a Saturday and most businesses were closed on Monday Jan 2,2017. The item was not in stock either. This resulted in additional time to receive. Communication on order status was good. I received email updates on order status as it progressed.

Everything went well except I couldn't use a credit card as there was no drop down menu option for Canadian billing addresses. But the price was very competitive and delivery quick. I will be back for items later!

Great selection and stellar pricing. Site is easy enough to use so far. For whatever reason, the Alvin light I got looked smudged and dirty in places. Otherwise works and cleaned up fine with a countertop wipe. I suppose it was the original packer's fault, so no harm.

I have used this measuring wheel before but the internal spring broke. I couldn't find a replacement locally that was of equivalent quality. So I found your website. This is such a nice tool. It's very easy to use and has saved lots of time. Thank you.

Everything was great. Now I am waiting on my credit from Schonstedt. Not sure how long that will take. I hope your company sends them what they need so I can receive my credit soon. Haven't heard anything back about it yet.

My satisfaction with the use of the website is good, but the end result is yet to be determined regarding whether or not the coupon code I received "ART20" actually gets applied for $20 off and free shipping. Shows it isn't supposed to expired until tomorrow, but it didn't appear to reduce my total at all when applied. It didn't give an error message though either.

So far, our experience has been good. Easy website to navigate and shop from. However, i received the shipping and tracking email the day of arrival. We almost called customer service because we were afraid that it hadnt shipped and we needed it. So more prompt and timely emails would save your customers worries. Thanks so much.
