I Wanted a different item that you no longer carry 4052 Hand truck with a deeper base and less heavy then the replacement one I just ordered. This new one will work just not as well.
Replacing my last Safco hand truck that I love and use daily for onsite consulting. It is a fantastic product. Only wish you could buy the parts for it because only small items wear out like plastic braces for the wheels and the rubber wheels themselves (after 10 years) where as the frame is a good as new.
Shopping at Engineers Supply was great! Fast and easy... However my product (Durawheel Pro) isn't working very well. The handle trigger must not be resetting the counter very well because once I start pushing the wheel, it starts grinding after about 10'. I then have to reset and start over. Very frustrating.
Good selection. Good quality for the cost. I did need to touch up the drafting board with sand paper. No big deal, but a customer shouldn't have to do that. The other items in the order were better than expected. I will shop here again.
The site was very easy to navigate. Pictures were helpful and checkout process was quick. I appreciated the tracking updates. The person who delivered to our office was quick and thorough in checking to make sure everything was included and in perfect condition. I was incredibly impressed with the packaging, it seemed almost impossible that there would be a ding or scratch due to shipping.
It took me a few tries to find the place to enter the free shipping code. But once I located it all went smoothly. This is the 2nd vest I have bought from this site. It was quick and easy.
With my most recent order the warehouse sent the wrong size. I emailed customer service and promptly received a return label. I returned the vest and within a day the correct size arrived. Angie, Ext 108 in the returns department was extremely helpful and communicated with me throughout the entire process.
I found buying from Engineer Supply fast and easy.I am an 80 year old wood worker who has a need to draw my own plans for some products that I am custom building and I think this set will fill the bill for what I need. I have not done any drafting since attending high school and I believe this kit will give me all the tools I need. Glad I found your site. The only problem I had was the 8" 45 X 90 degree triangle was broken, I called customer service and they replaced the broken triangle and I have received the replacement via USPS on Saturday. Thank you for the prompt service.

Seem to have what i was looking for and site was easy to navigate. But I just don't get the shipping experience. There are only a few products made that can take advantage of shipping in a envelope and it always seems to me that i'm overpaying when i by templates.

Good in general.
Seems a little tricky on lining up the delivery of the filing cabinets. I held off on ordering pending figuring out if we have a simpler options. Also, it looked like the price of the unit I wanted went up greater than$100 in the last couple months since I started eyeing it.
Website is easy to navigate and Elizabeth was very friendly, helpful and kind on the telephone. I haven't used it yet, but expect excellent results. Within a couple of weeks I'll be using it to locate a plugged oilwell. I'll report how it does.
Great templates. And I had to replace my aging architects scale, which worked out just fine.
I may need to replace more as I draw more.
Getting back into rendering/drawings after being away for many years. My aging collegiate Staedtler equipment has seen better days.

Have been looking for this product for quite some time now. Easy site to navigate, easy check out.
The services were excellent. Staff very responsive and genuinely concerned with my satisfaction.
My order arrived damaged and had to have been damaged prior to shipping as the shipping container was in good condition.
It does what I want it to do and it didn't take a great long time to get here. The only objection I really have is the fact that Alaska gets treated as if it costs more to ship here, not by US priority mail it doesn't. People resent it when we are treated as if we are a seperate country and not a part of the U.S. I did however, not want Alaska to join the Union, and it is things like this that cause me to feel that way. We make about the same amount as anyone else and yet we are required to pay a huge amount more for shipping.
Its hard to understand the site and looking for products.
I am a architectural designer and still do old school designs, my customers do not like computer designs.
I was looking for templates and triangles but the cost are a bit high.
I was also looking for an electric eraser with cord but again to high.
I have over thirty award winning designs in Virginia, and designed over 1000 homes. And some commercial projects.
I know times have changed but the process of serving my customers has not. They look for professional quality service, something I pride myself in.

Tried to purchase this item from a different vendor with a lower price but after receiving the wrong item they would not honor the advertised price of $549. Yours was the next higher price and I got what I ordered. Thanks
The internet shopping experience was easy, but the magnetic antenna mount with three magnets has excessive magnetic force for use with a small GPS antenna. So, when using it on tall vehicles, like a cargo van, it may be difficult to remove if placed on the center of the roof. I will be glueing some rubber pads under the magnets to increase the magnet spacing to it's mounting surface, like the vehicle's sheet metal.
