Everything is great- the only I think I might prefer is to have an actual log-in. I'm not used to not having an identity with your company. Still, it seems to work just fine. I just have to remember there is no log-in when I go back to order more paper. It's not a big deal and, as I said, everything works well. Thanks!

Web site works perfectly and I easily found what I needed. For some reason it took four days for my order to ship... Even after I paid an additional $60 to have the order shipped quicker than the FREE shipping.

A bit of frustration trying to use PayPal... it simply did not work. I tried twice before I gave up and used a credit card. I DO NOT want to receive 3 instances of this order. I don't think I will since I only hit the confirm order button once (The credit card order) but be on the lookout.

I am so pleased with my portable drafting table! It is perfect what I need. The whole process was quick and easy. My order arrive sooner than the expected delivery date and I even received an email making sure I received my package.

Fair prices, easy ordering process, and quick shipping time. My only complaint is that the corners of the product (which, to be fair, was corrugated cardboard) arrived slightly mashed. Not enough to affect the function of the product, but enough to notice. Overall I was satisfied with the service and follow up.

I wanted to buy filter packs along with my product I had to constantly search for the products. Also the replacement filter packs did not have descriptions of what they were or what they were used for. I am not sure if I even ordered the correct thing. I wish there had been a also check out these products with this order.

When I received the product the drawing boards corner was damaged, due to time constraints I couldn't exchange it for a new one. Please package it better.

My old wheel died. You offered an almost exact replica. If it works, I'll be glad. The newly-designed support strut allows the wheel to tip over more easily than the old design. I'd suggest you go back to it

Shopping experience was good. Seemed to have trouble selecting specific models of leveling rods when there were several models available for the same product. Disappointed that the Crain level rod bubble attachment has to be purchased in lots of 6ea.

I ordered two packs of diazo paper, and they were shipped individually. Because they were coming to Alaska, I have no doubt that increased the shipping cost ($168) significantly compared to if they were bundled into one parcel. Otherwise, excellent customer service. Quick shipping, and attentive.
