Engineersupply.com has a wide variety of products and a great price. They are very easy to deal with and they have a wonderful website. I received my products 2 days after I purchased them.
I will continue to purchase additional products from engineersupply.com in the future.

Like I stated before, someone just forwarded me the link w/the item they wanted ordered, I just ordered & paid for it. I am not using the item, so have nothing to offer. It was fast, easy & convenient to order on line.

I am very pleased with the 24x36 filing system I purchased. It's perfect for storing blueprints! It was fairly easy to assemble and it was delivered in good condition and in a timely manner. I would buy from engineersupply.com again.

I called; phone was answered quickly to ask a shipping question. Customer service rep. Answered clearly and courteously.
Then I called again:
The staff are really nice; after we had replace an out of stock item over the phone.
The product is great: strong and big, and the price is right.

Company had the item I needed and was easy to work with. Customer Service researched a product question I had about measurement units in order to confirm that the device could provide needed readout. Online ordering was easy and item was received in an acceptable time frame.

I did receive the package but somehow i typed the address backwards, what? Oops, so i need to go into my account and fix it. A nice lady brought into my office that had it delivered to her address.

Very good site. Smooth and easy and the guarantees and shipping are top-notch. The shipping process was phenomenal, much faster than any other seller I researched. I needed a quick turn-around and a great price for an immediate transition to telecommuting, and EngineerSupply exceeded all expectations!

Very easy to order and checking out was quick and easy also. When we received our product it did not work and we still haven't received notification on how to return the product to receive our money back, delivery time on exchanging the product takes to long so we found the same product from a vendor within the state of Maine.

I always get a good response. Sometimes I found using the search facility a little cumbersome because you can't use any filters to narrow it so a search gives you way too many items to search through.

Engineer Supply has been professional and their website was very easy to navigate. Ordering was easy and pricing for the item we were looking for was right in line of what our budgetary requirements were. We received our item quickly and in good order.

Pleased with efficient website. Displeased that when clicked on an item and thought it was one price the price went up with the addition of the rod when I thought it was included with the price. Was still competitively priced. If a quality product will be satisfied. Thank you.

Best price around! Very satisfied with getting a call to confirm I placed the order and confirm delivery. We placed instructions on the package NOT to leave on the doorstep but it was left there. I'm thankful it wasn't stolen! This is a rough part of town and we left those instructions for that reason. The sales person agreed and placed the message but the Delivery Company personnel did not comply.

You do little or nothing to describe the items I just bought.
You also do not make your warranty/return policy noticeable.

You could also encourage people to write reviews.
Reviews are the reason that I shop at Amazon.
Also their return policy.

The quality of the product I received is first class. It is professionally manufactured to high standards.
