It took about almost three weeks to receive my order. I called to cancel my order but it was finally ready to ship that day and the lady that I talked to was very nice and courteous so she saved the order for you.
This is the second time you've asked me for this information. I replied once already. Please do not ask again. The shipping address is temporary for the summer. Please do not send advertising materials to the school.
The help was very good, the price good, and the info on the product is good. I was disappointed that I couldn't reach you on Saturday, though, and no one returned my call on Monday when I had left a weekend message. I called again, though, and received excellent service.
My order arrived promptly and ostensibly in great shape. Good looking stuff. I went out of town and haven't used it yet, and so I'm looking forward to giving it a "test drive" shortly.

I ordered tapes in inches, these tapes are all miss labeled. Label on tapes is inches, but tapes are actually in tenths! Not very happy and will probably not purchase or recommend your company or its products

The item I ordered has a minor defect which is why I gave four stars for satisfaction of product. When the manufacturer drilled holes for the cross braces they failed to make them at the same spot on each of the vertical pieces. Because of this the whole rack as a slight lean to it. For our needs, and because it was too much of a bother to repack and ship back such a large and heavy item, it is fine the way it is and works well.
I have bought three tape measures over the last three years. Each one seems to last only one year as the fabric of the tape tears right at the 5" mark of the tape. Need to use a more durable tape fabric.
I know nothing about building levels, but needed one to layout a 30x42 metal building for a work shop, final grade for a house, driveway, slope for landscaping, and a retaining wall. In addition I was hoping to use this to lay tile, cabinets, pictures, and build a deck. So I called customer service and she (Candice) recommended a model (ES2026) that can do it all, plus is was 45% off. It does everything and more than what I was hoping for. I checked around for a better price, and this company is equal to or better than any site out there.
All in all, good experience with a fairly quick turnaround.
Product arrived as promised. Product works. However when Artograph LED 1000 projector is in place the lens does not clear the lip of platform. A modification will be needed to raise the projector so that lens clears set lip of platform. Other than that I'm a happy camper.

Easy ordering, fast delivery and product received as expected!
I was expecting table to ship from factory about six weeks after order, but was very surprised to see it on the truck in just a couple days from warehouse! Only gripe I have is that the hardware must be Chinese junk import stuff...I had to replace some of it due to extrememly poor quality (screws breaking off in half, had to rethread riser bushing, etc). Otherwise, well made, well packaged and shipped much sooner than expected. Happy camper here!

All fine except second package of same order had wrong address delaying delivery. UPS actually delivered it to the wrong address and apparently the third party called them notified them of the error as UPS picked it up an hour later.
The order process was simple. Both products (CST/Berger 56 DGT2 theodolite and tripod) arrived nicely packed in just few days. Everything works fine right from the boxes. I did not check collimation yet. Obviously a theodolite is much better instrument for horizontal angles than automatic level and is very good for leveling and vertical angles as well. I need it for buildings, landscape and roads setup / plotting and inventory on my residential lot.
