Needed two plastic templates. They were what I wanted and not easy to find elsewhere. The only issue was a very high shipping price for a less than 2 oz. Of small, flat, thin, non-fragile items that would have done fine in a padded envelope and didn't need a box with bubble wrap.
Product was so easy to find online, i tried office supply stores before. Your site came right up when i googled alvin isometric sketch pad.

Just received the order...the "sticks" are very poor quality as before. I like your site, shipping time, ease of shopping, but the quality of goods anymore is poor...seems that's universal since we started importing from China...I hope Trump will change that! Thank you.

Charge was removed very quickly - I guess that was just an unfortunate glitch in the ordering form setup.
Other than that, everything proceeded in timely fashion. Product is well worth its cost, packaging more than adequate and delivery time fine.
Not a lot to say. I visited the site, ordered, paid and received the products. I do not like the constant pressure in the review software to write a certain amount of words so it gets published. I prefer to work with suppliers that do not worry more about the number of words in a survey "to make a good impression" versus the actual experience by the customer or the performance of the supplier. Started at a four but went to a two due to the survey process.
The Manager 25 box is perfect for my rolled paper templates I use for installation of my original wall sculptures. Thank you!

This firm went out of their way to provide me with a manufacturer contact for repair of my broken digitizer cursor, and sent out a replacement that was delivered faster than they indicated. I would definitely do business with them again.

The orders came in two shipments. The tracking numbers were supplied which was very helpful. I've tested both products and they seem to work well. Overall, very satisfied with product, service, pricing, and delivery.

We are a business that rarely needs the types of products from Engineering Supply. This being said, when I do need to order something I find their website easy to follow and placing an order was easy.
